Find the tranquility of this idyllic place with sea views in proximity to mountains and hiking trails in the surrounding area. The single-family home is located 10 minutes from Kvernberget airport and 17 minutes from the city center by car. With only 7 minutes by car is Freimarka where there are opportunities for cross country skiing during the winter months and great hiking trails with Bolgavannet which is close by. There is both a travel cot and baby chair available. Recommended to have a car.

Large detached house with all facilities in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house has a large porch with good sun conditions and is fully equipped with everything you need. Short distances to several facilities and only 5 minutes to Heimdal city center where you will find several shops and restaurants. Free parking on the plot, space for 8 cars, there is also the possibility of charging electric car (type 2) included in the rental price, (cannot guarantee that it works on all cars, but works on our Leaf and Tesla model S)

Nice view to Stugusjøen and Sylan Hiking possibilities just outside the cabin wall summer and winter. Short distance to groomed ski slopes. Road all the way to the cabin. Welcome to lovely Frosta Here you have immediate proximity to the lake and beach, and not least a lovely view of Leksvika. Here you can enjoy evening sun in the jacuzzi, or walk on Frostastien which is just a stone's throw away. You will find pier and pier close to the cabin, with good opportunities to fish with a rod. The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
