Living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 half baths, plus a laundry room with a shower on the 1st floor. 2 bedrooms and a loft living room in the loft area. The loft has standing height in the center. All amenities and Wi-Fi/fiber. New outdoor area with large patio, jacuzzi, and enclosed garden room.

Welcome to a spacious home with panoramic views and excellent sun exposure. Enjoy peaceful surroundings and great views from the large porch. On the veranda, you will also find an outdoor hot tub that can be used for an additional fee of NOK 800 for the entire stay. The property is located just about 5 minutes from Heimdal city center, with its shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Trondheim city center and Nidaros Cathedral. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or colleagues looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

We put comfort in the top seat and can offer high quality beds and bedding, access to water and electricity and everything that is needed to ensure a memorable stay. If you love mountains and hiking, there are great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, where you can enjoy the view of Nordmøre's fjord landscape or try your luck at fishing. The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
