Welcome to a spacious home with panoramic views and excellent sun exposure. Enjoy peaceful surroundings and great views from the large porch. On the veranda, you will also find an outdoor hot tub that can be used for an additional fee of NOK 800 for the entire stay. The property is located just about 5 minutes from Heimdal city center, with its shops and restaurants, and about 20 minutes from Trondheim city center and Nidaros Cathedral. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or colleagues looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

If you love mountains and hiking, there are great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, where you can enjoy the view of Nordmøre's fjord landscape or try your luck at fishing. Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. Cabin in the forest with jacuzzi

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
