Monthly Rentals in Soquel

Enjoyed my stay. Studio was clean and had all the amenities that someone would need for a stay. Outdoor shower was a unique experience but also had enough privacy to feel comfortable using. Studio itself was also quiet with enough privacy. Check in was simple and easy. Aptos is a great little town; biker friendly, trails close by and beaches are a quick drive or a decent walk away. Chris was responsive and a pleasure to chat with and get to know. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. Lisa and Steve were great hosts and very helpful. They were not intrusive at all but made it clear that they were available if needed. The few questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. The house is very well appointed, lovely decor and specifically, I loved that it was furnished and decorated with matching furniture and colors, art, towels, and cookware. Some places are just a hodge podge of household cast offs. Lisa and Steven put a great deal of time and effort in creating a charming hideaway. There were pet towels and sheets available for Maddie, our yellow Lab's use. We really appreciated that. The location was nice and quiet and mostly easy to find (I would suggest finding it in the daylight first) but once we knew where the turn off was it was easy. Groceries and other necessary stores were close by. The patio / deck with fire pit was lovely for wine, snacks and conversation. Great stay!

We had such a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. Walking along a little path to our own private entrance, we passed by a cozy, cute garden space in front of the unit—it felt like stepping into a fairytale. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. 
The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering helpful tips about the local area and making sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with restaurants, shops within a 5-minute drive. There are beautiful state parks nearby, perfect for enjoying weekends in the forest or by the beach. Within a 20-minute drive, there’s also an amazing local farmer’s market every Saturday. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and hassle-free stay. Thanks so much for being such a wonderful host!
