Chalet vacation rentals in Sonnberg im Mühlkreis

A very cozy house that has everything you need. Kitchen is super equipped, the bedrooms are very spacious, modern and clean. The garden is so cozy and also ideal with children. What was not immediately apparent to me was that bed linen and towels cost extra! At €10/person, there can be a lot more. Unfortunately, the oven caused a power outage on the first night, so we couldn't use it anymore. However, Radek always reacted immediately and instructed customer service - so it should not happen again. We felt so comfortable that we would have liked to have stayed longer. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The beautiful view directly onto the lake made the vacation all the more beautiful.

We were here as a band for a weekend and had a lovely time. The place is clean, quietly located and well equipped – the indoor climate was great, we all slept great. The rippling of the small waterfall outside the door was particularly beautiful. It is good to know that ventilation can only be done via the entrance door. The hosts were very friendly and have a sweet dog named Bella. Communication via Airbnb was warm and pleasant. There was some confusion at check-in as it was unclear how we were supposed to get in, which seemed a bit spontaneous. Also at check-out, the request to leave earlier came at very short notice, which unfortunately was not possible. There is an ant problem on Airbnb that hosts are aware of. We are particularly grateful for the spontaneous help with a car problem (light left on) – without this help we would not have been able to leave! For groups who know each other well, it's a nice place to come down.

Very nice and high-quality furnished chalet. We lacked nothing, neither the equipment of the kitchen nor that of the other rooms left anything to be desired. The location and the surrounding nature are indescribably beautiful and invite you to take both smaller walks and longer hikes. Tourist "hotspots" such as the treetop trail are also easy to reach by car. Another highlight is the wellness equipment, which was really easy to handle after a small introduction. The combination of sauna and hot tub ensures total relaxation and recreation from everyday life. The cleanliness of the chalet and the furnishings should be emphasized. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back☺️.

We had a wonderful time at Judith and Mario's place. The historic chalet is very well maintained, super equipped and in a heavenly location. We were spoiled every morning with a wonderful breakfast that nothing was missing. All organic, and especially the beautiful colorful eggs from the farm's own chickens were great. Everything was lovingly packed and prepared and you can tell that the two do everything with a lot of passion. A special highlight for us was also that we were able to get to know the goats that are lovingly kept in the farm. We would have preferred to spend the whole day in the stable if the sauna had not been called. All in all we had fantastic holidays, and will definitely come back to the little paradise. ❤️

We really liked the stay in the Woidhaisl. The ambiance, the quiet seclusion and the proximity to the Bavarian Forest are just great. We will be happy to come back!

It was fantastic!!! The chalet is so cozy and lovingly furnished. The amenities are superb, there was nothing missing. We (6 adults, 1 toddler and dog) immediately felt comfortable and had a great time. The highlight for our son was the existing play area and the fireplace. The location is great for trips into nature or to the lake. Within walking distance there is also a restaurant we visited. Klemens was incredibly friendly to us from the beginning, if there was a lack of something, he would have been on hand immediately. His recommendations for the walks were top! Have seen beautiful places that will definitely remember us. Another visit at warm temperatures is not excluded ;)

As amazing as the pictures are, this house and its surroundings were even more stunning than the photos! The house is a restored farmhouse on a hilltop at the end of a forest road. It’s completely private and absolutely quiet. There’s a pond for swimming and a hot tub on the deck. The whole place is surrounded by lawn. The trees, flowers, and birds are incredible. Inside, the house is beautiful and very comfortable. The host, Martina, was very helpful and responsive. There is a delightful town on the Ybbs River about 10 minutes away by car—the best ice cream shop anywhere, an ancient fortress, great cafes, wonderful walking paths. This Airbnb was superb.
