Su ubicación, entre mar y montaña la hace especial. El exterior de la planta baja consta de una piscina con ducha y varias terrazas totalmente amuebladas (con tumbonas, mesas, sillas, barbacoa...) . La casa se divide en dos pisos equipados de manera individual. Para más de 5 huespedes, se podrá disfrutar de las dos plantas de la Villa.

La casa cuenta con 4 habitaciones y 3 baños completos. En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina, el comedor y un baño, un patio interior y una terraza exterior.
