Vacation rentals with beach access in Sollentuna Municipality

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het appartement! Voor 2 personen vonden wij het uitstekend. Voor 4 wellicht wat klein. We hebben beide zeer goed geslapen! Het bed is comfortabel en gaf voldoende ondersteuning aan ons beide ondanks dat er een behoorlijk verschil in gewicht zit. Er zijn 4 eenpersoons dekbedden, wat voor stellen wellicht minder prettig is. Wij hebben wel de ramen in de slaapkamer bedekt zodat het niet zo licht was, de huidige gordijnen zijn wat dun naar ons inzicht. De keuken is prima, het meeste is aanwezig en toen ik iets nodig had, werdt er snel en behulpzaam gereageerd. Ja, de badkamer is niet groot, de afvoer werkt prima alleen de vloer wordt nat, maar dat is in mijn ogen geen groot probleem. De omgeving is mooi en langs het water lopen is zeker een aanrader. Station en supermarkt is op ongeveer 15 minuten loopafstand. Op 30 minuten wandelen is het begin van een Nationaal park wat ook zeker de moeite waard is!

I've stayed at Massimo's for about 2 months while looking for a permanent apartment in Stockholm and it felt like home. Häggvik is amazing for those of you who are looking for a place somewhere quiet and far from the city center/touristy stuff, yet 30 minutes away from all that. Huge supermarkets are a stone's throw away and Massimo's kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need to cook. Bear in mind that you'd have two little goldfishes to take care of, in case you of course ask Massimo to take them, which I did, since I was going to take a week-long trip and someone needed to take care of them:) All in all, the apartment is lovely Massimo is a great guy, very helpful and fun, so this did feel more like staying at a friend's place rather than an Airbnb. 10/10!

El alojamiento impecable....la ubicación muy buena....las vistas al lago son increíbles...y la casa está genial...nos facilitaron tanto la entrada como la salida...y ellos muy amables....todo estupendo...

I had a wonderful stay at Charlotte’s place. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and responsive throughout my visit. I arrived very early in the morning, and she was so flexible and accommodating with the check-in time, which made a huge difference after a long journey. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood—something I really appreciated. Despite the calm surroundings, it’s very well-connected: just a short walk to bus stops and the train station, and it only took me about 45 minutes to get to central Stockholm. On my last day, I asked if I could leave my bag after check-out so I could enjoy a few more hours walking around Stockholm before heading to the airport, and Charlotte kindly accommodated that as well. It made my travel day so much easier! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Overall, a relaxing and seamless experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for solo travellers visiting Stockholm. Tack så mycket, Charlotte!

Great location, we was staying longer than initially planned. Excellent conditions and very cozy apartment, great for long-term stay, easy own parking and a very friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend.

The house was super clean and lovely decorated, with the host being incredibly responsive and welcoming. They left a thoughtful welcome package that made us feel immediately at home. The house was exceptionally well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed with 3 adults and 1 child over New Year's, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The location was ideal, with convenient access to transportation, supermarkets, and stunning natural scenery. The quiet neighborhood complemented the serene environment perfectly. The proximity to the forest was delightful - it was just a short walk away, offering easy access to beautiful natural surroundings. An added bonus was the lake next to the house, providing a picturesque backdrop to our stay. A perfect Swedish holiday home that we would absolutely recommend for families seeking a peaceful and comfortable experience!

Asunto oli todella viihtyisä ja kaunis. Tilaa oli paremmin kuin hyvin meidän nelihenkiselle perheellemme. Lapset viihtyivät asunnossa loistavasti lelujen ja viihtyisän pihan ansiosta. Sollentunan asemalle oli lyhyt kävelymatka ja junat Tukholmaan kulkivat asemalta tiheään. 10/10 majoittuminen todellakin suuret suositukset.

Schönes Haus, großer Garten mit Trampolin für die Kinder. Ruhige Wohngegend mit ein paar coolen Skateparks in der Umgebung. Die überdachte Terrasse und dem Sonnendeck mit dem Grill war auch ziemlich sinnvoll. Extra Punkte gibt’s von mir für die komplett vernetzte Technik mit der zentralen Lichtsteuerung für das gesamte Haus. Da hat sich jemand viel Mühe mit gegeben.

Fantastic family house! Very well equipped and decorated. The kids liked playing with all the toys and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. Multiple nice seating areas, both indoor and outdoor. Just a short walk to the bus stop. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Carl’s beautiful house in Stockholm! The home and decor was absolutely gorgeous, making the space feel both stylish and cozy. The pool was a wonderful addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, close to the city center, making it easy to get around. Carl, was excellent with communication, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great family stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great location and an added bonus of a trampoline which our daughter loved . There’s a nice lake nearby and although we rented a car it’s not necessary as you can easily take a train , bus or even taxi to get there. There’s a park for kids near the place and the town is walking distance for cafes and restaurants . We really enjoyed our stay !

The house was amazing and was a perfect location for a family trip to Sweden and Stockholm. All amenities where available as per description and there was ample room for a family of six. Thanks for being a Super Host! 👍🇸🇪

This is an amazing home . Better than the photos . Emelie was really helpful and they have created a beautiful home with a great pool , Sauna , Sun Room , Cinema room , balconies etc. ( all as listed ). Great base for a vacation near Stockholm . Families of deer coming right up to the garden and red squirrels in the trees . We had a car but got a taxi a couple of times and Uber , 20 mins approx was €14/€16 to centre of Stockholm. Plenty of supermarkets a short drive away . Given how nice the home is and the pool area ,small children would need to be supervised . We were concerned that the house would not live up to the photos ,but it exceeded our expectations. We had a great vacation and this is really a unique and special place . Thanks again to Emelie and Magnus for making us feel so welcome and they even left lots of food for us when we arrived . Which was really thoughtful and a nice start to the vacation.

A wonderful family home that was such a treat for ours and another family to reunite in our travels in Stockholm. The home is huge with lots of entertainment options for children whilst providing open and relaxing spaces for adults. Highly recommend!

Perfect base for our adventures in Stockholm. Apartment has everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Located in a peaceful area of traditional Swedish homes it feels like living like a local. Anita and Hannah are such friendly hosts, it was a pleasure to stay with them. Having a sauna in the apartment was unique - great for a typical Swedish experience…but also handy for drying the laundry! Would definitely stay again when visiting Stockholm.

Appartement chaleureux et confortable dans un environnement très tranquille. Identique aux photos publiées. Avons trouvé des restaurants à proximité qui étaient tous très bons. Station de métro à moins de 10 minutes de marche avec une belle épicerie complète. Avons marché du centre-ville ville à l’appartement le long de l’eau sur la belle promenade (environ 5 kilomètres). Un excellent choix que nous recommandons sans réserve

un appartement tres bien pour 3 personnes (ou 4 avec un couple et deux enfants) bien placé. métro a 4 minutes, supermarché a 2 minutes et la ville a 20 minutes a pieds le long de l eau. l appartements est celui dans lequel vit Tore le reste de l année apparement, donc tout est fonctionnel la vue du 6 ieme etage (avec un grand ascenseur performant) est intéressante et pour ceux qui se lèvent tot (jour a 05h00 du mat) le lever de soleil vaut le coup. l arrivée est simple et le code a la porte pratique je recommande ce logement

Le séjour c'est très bien passé. Il y a une ligne de métro qui permet d'arrivé très vite au centre ville de Stockholm. L’appartement était très paisible et confortable. La communication était également très bonne.

A wonderful reception and made to feel at home instantly. We will be back as soon as we can, my son and his family lives nearby so a perfect location for us. Great view from the balcony, and only a short walk to Kalhall Train station, Town centre and supermarket, plus the park and lake full of ducks.

This is Airbnb at its finest! Anna is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great stay. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and relax. We only stayed for a week but would have happily stayed longer. The location is perfect for peaceful walks, and getting to the city center is easy and convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d gladly return and highly recommend it!

Vi bodde i Måns lägenhet under en helg för att springa Stockholm marathon. Vi var mycket nöjda med boendet och det motsvarade våra förväntningar! Nära till tunnelbanan och matbutik. Fin lägenhet.

Absolutely loved our stay at Stefan’s place. He was a very friendly and accommodating host, easy to communicate with, and made us feel warmly welcome from the start. The apartment was exactly as advertised – nicely decorated, well-equipped, and in a peaceful building despite being right in the heart of “Knivsöder.” The highlight was definitely the narrow balcony with its charming glimpse of the water – perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. The fold-out couch was surprisingly comfortable thanks to the proper mattress, and everything we needed was on hand. The only drawback was the spotty internet connection, especially from the bed. Online meetings worked from the kitchen counter (albeit not at lightning speed), so we assume this is more about the router’s location near the front door and the thick walls than the service itself. Hopefully Stefan can improve it with a repeater or router upgrade – in which case the stay would easily go from five to “six stars.”
