Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Close to shopping center, parks, and 15-minutes walking distance from the sea. The flat is composed by a living room with a sofa bed and access to a terrace, a sleeping area with double bed, a children's bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

Large and spacious apartment in the middle of Barkarbystaden. Here there is good communication with buses right outside. From the nearest train station you can reach City in just under 15 minutes. The apartment is fully furnished with everything that could be possible so you can move in right away. The house is located only a couple of kilometers from a nice beach in Edsviken and 2 km to EdsbergsEdsbergs Sportfält with ski slope, bike park, high-altitude track, running trails and artificial turf courts.

With three good restaurants within 2 minutes, surrounding castle park and green walking paths, this is a lovely place for family time. 10-minute walk to modern shopping center and 20-minute train ride to central Stockholm.
