Newly built 45 sqm, sleeps 6 in 2 floors. In the loft open there is a 180 bed and one sofa bed. Downstairs private bedroom with a 140 bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Balcony with BBQ. Trampoline. Swimming jetty 50 m away, direct connection to the boardwalk with cliff baths along the road as well as sandy beach about 800m away. 15 min to Stockholm city by car or subway. Bus stop 200m. Free parking on street. Mörby Centrum subway 3km. Parking street 150 meters away.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Easy commute by train to Stockholm central station (20 mins). Station is a short walk (approx. 700 metres). Arlanda airport can be reached by train/car in approx. 20 minutes.

The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Private house, 20 min from Stockholm C

Koppla av med hela familjen i vårt mysiga boende! Stort kök för matlagning ihop, tillgång till grill och uteplats på tomten utan insyn. Bakgården är bra för både fotboll, badminton, etc. 300 meter till sjön för ett bad från bryggorna. Längre ner längs vattnet finns även både strand och café. Områden är lugnt, med 10 min in till Sollentuna centrum, där både mataffärer, parker, simhall, shoppingcenter, etc finns tillgängligt. Flera skogar och vandringsstråk ett par kilometer bort.
