My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Located in calm and charming Edsviken (Sollentuna) but with Stockholm city centre only fifteen minutes away. A short walk will take you to the water of Edsviken with beaches and beautiful strolls along the water. The area offers various green areas, playgrounds, football fields and Forrest reserve Tegelhagen. Around the corner (300 m) you find Edsviken’s Piazza and Gelateria offering home made ice cream as well as food and drinks. Further down the street (500 m) you also find bakery Gateau.
