Family-friendly modern villa built in 2021. Thoughtful planning and design that is at the same time well-adapted for the family with children. Heated pool, large trampoline, double parking spaces and electric car charger are some of the house facilities. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms and laundry room. 600m to the lake bath as well as proximity to both Rösjöskogen and Törnskogen Nature Reserve. 3.5 km to commuter train station (bus connection is available) as well as Häggviks Handelsplats. Quiet dead end street. Note. Pool not running in winter

Warm welcome to our cozy house in the heart of Sollentuna. In the summer you can enjoy the private pool. Minimum rental time for two nights, we do not rent out the house for the purpose of having parties/events. With the best location in Häggvik, the house is 3 minutes from E4an, 5 minutes from Häggvik's trading place (10 min walk), 4 min to Sollentuna Centrum (10 min walk), 3 min down to beautiful Edsviken which also has a swimming beach. (10 min walk) Commuter train Sollentuna C - Stockholm City (ca 13 min)

The house offers high standard and a lovely backyard. Near the house there is a beach, public transport (25min to the city), shops and recreational areas. This house is suitable for the whole family or more families who want to have a lovely holiday together and enjoy the garden, heated pool in the summer months, Edsviken's water only 5 minutes away and the proximity to Stockholm city by bus + subway or commuter train. Great area for walking/running. Nice restaurants at 10min walking distance.

Located in calm and charming Edsviken (Sollentuna) but with Stockholm city centre only fifteen minutes away. A short walk will take you to the water of Edsviken with beaches and beautiful strolls along the water. The area offers various green areas, playgrounds, football fields and Forrest reserve Tegelhagen. Around the corner (300 m) you find Edsviken’s Piazza and Gelateria offering home made ice cream as well as food and drinks. Further down the street (500 m) you also find bakery Gateau.

En villa på 130 kvadratmeter plus källare. Trädgård med altan, grill, pool, studsmatta, gungor, klätterställning och rutschkanor. Poolen är öppen slutet av juni till augusti. 10 minuters promenad till stranden, nära till busshållplats (3 minuter), pendeltåg (15 minuter). Med buss kommer du till centrum på 8 minuter, där finns många affärer och restauranger. Ett mysigt fik och en restaurang finns inom 5 minuters gångväg. Vill du in till centrala Stockholm gör du det med pendeltåg (12 minuter).

Experience Swedish summer in a unique family friendly villa with heated pool and amazing sunsets. Situated on a hill overlooking the water. Enjoy late sauna baths in summer evenings and jump straight in to the pool to cool off. The veranda has an outdoor kitchen for barbecues. The dining room is just by the veranda separated by only a sliding glass door. Enjoy the dinner inside or outside. Perfect summer vacation spot near the city of Stockholm. Fantastic family house in a calm area 15 minutes with car outside Stockholm, Sjöberg. A modern house with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, separate tv-room. open kitchen and living room. A nice garden with small pool and a trampoline. Has separate guesthouse if needed for 3 extra people. The house has forest just behind. Close to the bus stop, supermarket, sushi, pizza restaurant, playgrounds and water (both lake and the sea).

Beautiful house with jacuzzi & pool

Welcome to our beautiful and charming house from 1921. The house has 3 floors and is tastefully decorated in a Scandinavian style. In the garden there is an outdoor jacuzzi (heated to ~ 37 °C) and a pool. Bed linen, towels, coffee, tea etc is included. Parking in front of our garage is free of charge. We have a lovely garden filled with fruit trees and berry bushes, where you can pick as much as you like! :) It's a perfect stay for a family (or two) with kids.

A wonderful space, the house had ample room for us all and the pool and trampoline are great to have with children, as were the toys in the house! Lovely amenities and a lovely welcome note made us feel very at home straight away. Katja and Phillip were wonderful hosts. We walked to the local train station, which took us to Stockholm City in 20mins! The local area as beautiful and very quiet and peaceful.

This is an amazing home . Better than the photos . Emelie was really helpful and they have created a beautiful home with a great pool , Sauna , Sun Room , Cinema room , balconies etc. ( all as listed ). Great base for a vacation near Stockholm . Families of deer coming right up to the garden and red squirrels in the trees . We had a car but got a taxi a couple of times and Uber , 20 mins approx was €14/€16 to centre of Stockholm. Plenty of supermarkets a short drive away . Given how nice the home is and the pool area ,small children would need to be supervised . We were concerned that the house would not live up to the photos ,but it exceeded our expectations. We had a great vacation and this is really a unique and special place . Thanks again to Emelie and Magnus for making us feel so welcome and they even left lots of food for us when we arrived . Which was really thoughtful and a nice start to the vacation.

Wonderful house, heated pool and spacious kitchen

We travelled from Canada and stayed at this beautiful property in July of 2024. Four adults and two children were very well accommodated and the host was very responsive. Small details like childrens books and activities left for use were so kind and appreciated. All information regarding the house itself, the grounds and pool and many local recos and tips were shared which made our stay seamless. The home is large and beautifully decorated. Our children enjoyed the pool during their visit, making our vacation that much more enjoyable. Pool depth is such that older children can touch bottom but deep enough to cool off, even for adults (shoulder depth). The property is private and lush with beautiful gardens. The neighbors are friendly and the area seemed family oriented and safe. The metro station is a quick walk away and from there you can get to downtown Stockholm easily. Should we return to Stockholm, the first place we would check for accomodation would be with this host.
