Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Solana Beach

had a wonderful stay for an amazing price, place was very spacious, we were able to get a rollaway cot so each of our kids could have their own bed. had a beautiful pool and the free laundry was great, as well as stuff for the kids with the pool and ping pong table. The drive was very easy into San Diego to do all the activities we wanted, but nice places to eat very close. was a short walk to the beach but there was a lot of stairs to get down to the beach, took about 8 minutes at a normal pace. would book this place again if I came to the area.

Excellent hosts and SUPER supportive. Had to move mid stay but was easy enough. Location is excellent to not only walking distance to local restaurants and shops, but also to beach. There for horse show so ideal. Units on the older side, but otherwise GREAT!

we had a great time at Kim's place! the unit was very spacious! walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. we drove to Legoland one of the days and it wasn't far at all. we hope to be back again soon!

We played a few golf courses in the San Diego area and our stay was perfect! Great location, amenities and the rooms were spotless. Will stay again if ever in the area!

Great choice for visiting Oceanside. Very chill spot. Comfortable and convenient amenities, easy check-in/out. Massah was very responsive and friendly.

This place had everything you’d want. We had five adults and one kid. Complimentary coffee and tea, amazing location…. Will stay here again.

After our travel plans fell through, Kim saved the day by setting us up with accomodations during opening weekend at the Del Mar Racetrack. The resort was fantastic and had all the amenities we could ask for and more. Don't hesitate - just book it!

We’ve stayed at another of this host’s property previously. It’s clean, convenient, quiet, and comfy for visits to family. He is quick to respond to questions. Easy check in & easy check out. Obviously, would stay again.

What an incredible stay for us! The space was amazing and very clean and comfortable. The location was perfection with so much to do nearby and close to freeway to get anywhere. The amenities were terrific and we enjoyed the pool, gym and free laundry. Highly recommend Kim’s place! We will be back!

The place was even nicer than i thought based on the pictures. Very large and spacious, fit me, my parents, and my brother and his wife and kids comfortably (theres 2 Queen beds, 1 king, and 1 pull out bed (queen sized) in the couch. The resort had plenty to offer with activities for kids as well as hot tubs and heated pools so we could still go for a swim on some of the chilly days. Overall well worth the price paid (I'd say it's probably worth even more and Barrett gives a generous deal).

Second time around staying here! This time we enjoyed the amenities with playing billiards and ping pong in their game room. Property is nice and clean and matched description perfectly. It was a very nice getaway. Next time we’ll take advantage of the pool and jacuzzi!
