Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.

This guest room with it’s own entrance was perfect for a weekend with my 8lb Maltipoo. The room looked like the pictures and was clean. It feels like staying in a friend’s guest room; welcoming and warm. I loved all the big old trees on the property and in the neighborhood. I woke up to the sounds of birds each morning. My dog and I walked a half mile to the cutest outdoor coffee shop, SureFire Coffee. It was perfect for the two of us and very economical when traveling with a dog. Also, the neighborhood felt very inclusive which is important for me. Thanks to Leah and Kaitlyn and the Little Yellowbird. Visiting my daughter was made sweeter by our time in your home.

Bobby’s place in East Nashville was perfect for our weekend staycation. The location is well situated amongst restaurants, bars and shops. Very convenient! We stayed in the studio apartment. It was small and cozy and had everything we needed.

Jill’s place was very clean and tidy. Great location! Very close to Music Row and downtown Nashville. It came with a parking spot which was nice since street parking could get busy on certain days. The bathroom was very clean with lots of towels. The whole apartment has a Nashville music vibe with photos of Dolly Parton, Elvis and others. Being a musician and songwriter myself I really enjoyed that. I would stay there again.

Perfect description of the property! Nice and quiet, clean and cozy. It was so nice to feel at home while not a home. I was relocating from Pittsburgh to Nashville and needed a nice quiet place to work remotely while I found a permanent residence. This place fit the bill. The host Warren and Judith were extremely responsive to any and all question during my stay. 10/10! Would stay again!!!

We had a great stay at this home! Very comfortable period home, old, but so much character! Home is in a small, nice neighborhood which is close to downtown, a racetrack and Geodis park. The home was stocked with anything you could want or need, and the beds were very comfortable! The backyard area (fireplace, deck, grill) was an added plus, although we didn't get much time to enjoy it all! The breakfast items, snacks and waters were very appreciated, and it is evident the host really cares about her renters! We would highly recommend this home for a Nashville stay, and would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at the treehouse. We posted pictures to fb and everyone loved it also! Many asked how to book and I hope they do! It was a great way to disconnect from the world and reconnect with the hubs for a quick getaway after the holiday. Thank you for the great amenities. We didn’t have to get out after we arrived and that made the stay even better!
