Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Sobro, Nashville

We had a BLAST for Memorial Day weekend in Nashville and Raneeta/Jana were GREAT hosts! Their place literally has everything you could need and was spotless! The lights/fan/tv's were all so easy to use and clear instructions were given on using everything in the room. We had 1 minor inconvenience with the fridge going out and within a few hours, they had maintenance there fixing it so we appreciated that very much. Excellent spot for walking/scootering/ubering around town and was VERY quiet at night. Loved the pool and gym as well. You will NOT regret staying here when visiting N.Ville. :)

This was my second time at Renee's and once again was an amazing trip! Location is great and couple minute walk to broadway. Renee is very quick to respond as well as offer some helpful suggestions and great places to see in Nashville. For my wife and I it's a must stay and we look forward to returning again in the near future. Thanks again Renee!!

Loved staying in this little apartment. Perfect for my best friend and I. We enjoyed the pool too, it is a beautiful space! They had beautiful comfy cabanas which was a nice touch. It wasn’t heated like the description said it would be but thankfully it was decently warm when we used it so we got used to the temperature. Loved having the washer and dryer to use. Super sweet they had a bottle of wine and a couple snacks and waters for us. Our real only complaint was figuring out how to open the door and not realizing we had to lock it when leaving and it didn’t automatically do so like a hotel room. So if there were directions on the actual door (like we noticed later on other doors) that would be super helpful. Would stay again!

Excellent accommodation. The building and parking are perfect. Safe, clean and helpful staff. The apartment was extremely clean, stocked with everything you would need and more. So nice to have a washer and dryer available for a longer stay. Location was perfect for our needs and our covered and safe parking space was right outside of the lobby for easy access. We would absolutely only stay here anytime we come back to Nashville. We were in town for the CMA Fest for our first visit to Nashville. I have to say Nashville is a beautiful city that is very clean, safe and easy to get around. Staying at Conner’s place made it even more of a vacation and I would recommend that you stay here too.

I stayed at this Airbnb for close to a week, and it was the perfect location—just a short walk to Broadway and all the main attractions. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Justin was an excellent host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to assist me on multiple occasions. I’d definitely stay in this unit again the next time I’m in Nashville!

Craig's place was extremely clean and in an extremely walkable location for guests interested in downtown Nashville. The entire facility is built around the idea of AirBnB units, so it was extremely easy and convenient to navigate. We didn't have a car and we never needed to wait more than a few minutes for an Uber driver. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was a last minute trip and was amazing! From the pre-booked prompt messaging right to the check out all was super organized and easy. We loved the decor and felt like we were in Nashbile every morning and evening. The living room wall was a perfect photo selfie backdrop and morning coffee on private balcony was so needed after a night out. Located was perfect and only a short walk to Broadway Street.

We have stayed with Cynthia multiple times and always enjoy our stay! The location is great and the condo is spacious and always clean!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

Dollys Penthouse was absolutely adorable & the highlight of our experience! It was my boyfriend & I's first time in Nashville. From the moment we walked in, the place gave major Dolly Parton glam-fun, vibrant, and full of personality. Every detail of the decor was thoughtfully curated and made for such a unique and memorable stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better-close to all the best restaurants, bars, and live music spots. All the main attractions were about a 5-minute drive away! Perfect for anyone wanting that over-the-top Nashville vibe. The host was very sweet & communicative, check-in was seamless, and we felt really taken care of the whole time. We took soooo many cute photos both inside & outside the patio! Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Nashville! Would absolutely stay here again! :)

Went to Nashville with my daughter and mom. Gleicy’s place was perfect for us! Perfect location for walking around Nashville. So many restaurants and things to do in walking distance. Gleicy communicated everything we needed to know so there were no hiccups. Highly recommend!

Dorressa’s place was wonderful to stay at! Great location, plenty of places to eat & shop at within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again when in Nashville!

The hostess with the mostest. Everything that would be required for a great stay was there. Beautiful surroundings and a great view of the river. Easy access to all the local attractions, maps, ice - the list just goes on and on. I recommend this AirB&B to all who are going to Nashville. 6 stars out of 5.

Unit was very well maintained and inviting. The balcony was very nice to sit out on and rock in the rocking chairs. Some construction views but didn’t bother us. The pool is an added perk although we didn’t use this trip. Uber ride to downtown Broadway was only $7. It was exactly as described and communication was perfect. Will definitely stay again next time when back in Nashville!

Great place to stay, on the water, boat dock, close to stores and restaurants, host made us feel at home and checked in quite often to make sure our stay was going good. This house has everything you could need.

The house was very welcoming and inviting. Very spacious for 8 people. The rooftop patio was our favorite spot to hang out. Close to broadway (about a 15 minute Uber ride to Broadway). Would visit again.

We had a fantastic stay! Kristin gave us plenty of suggestions and always responded promptly to make sure we were comfortable! Best stocked snacks I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. You can tell she really takes provide in providing a great place and an even better experience!

Wonderful place and close to the airport and Nashville. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms. Living areas inside the house were great and the upstairs patios off the bedrooms were absolutely amazing. We loved the place and it was perfect for our group celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday with family and friends!

Beautiful home, close to everything. Owner is very fast at responding. Clean and quiet neighborhood and nice to be away from the large crowds. Would recommend and stay again

Stayed here for a bachelorette party. Very spacious, comfy beds, very clean and just like the photos. Everyone loved it. We utilized the outdoor patio during our down time which was awesome. We mainly Ubered everywhere. We utilized early bag drop off and leaving our bags there for a little while after checkout which was super helpful. We will definitely be returning!!

We had such a good time at this house! The kitchen was perfectly stocked to be able to do any or all meals at the house, the bedrooms were great sizes, the couch was wildly comfortable and the backyard was beautiful! Great location, we felt safe walking to a nearby playground and there were plenty of restaurants/breweries in a quick 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!
