Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Sobro, Nashville

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Very close to Broadway a short walk and you were right in the heart of it. Apartment was very clean, and was great. Pool area gets very crowded very quickly as there are a lot of apartments within this building and very limited sun loungers. But that is a small point to an overall amazing trip!

We booked the space on a very short notice & ithe process was seamless. The location was very centralized & super clean....and bed...oh so comfy!!

Our group of 8 stayed here and it was perfect. Super closed to Broadway, just down the road to some of the best bars! The place was comfortable, couch area seats so many, kitchen is well stocked to be able to cook full meals. The access to BBQ and pool area was awesome but does fill up on the weekends. The host is super responsive and answered all questions asap. Staff in the building is courteous soo friendly. Great spot!

I stayed at this Airbnb for close to a week, and it was the perfect location—just a short walk to Broadway and all the main attractions. The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Justin was an excellent host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to assist me on multiple occasions. I’d definitely stay in this unit again the next time I’m in Nashville!

Great place!! So cute and close to all the fun of broadway but far enough away for peaceful sleep. The pool is amazing. Elizabeth is so responsive and very detailed. Would stay here again!!

I lot of instructions to park, get key etc but we figured it out. Then it was all easy! So walkable to broadway. The condo was very clean , spacious and exactly as advertised. Plenty of towels even for pool use. Pool was good. Parking was good. Felt safe. I definitely recommend and want to stay here again! Patsy was a quick communicator too!

This place was in a great location. 10 min walk to the main strip. Balcony was nice to sit out on. The place was clean and comfortable. The coffee set up was perfect in the am! All around great place.

AMAZING PLACE! It was about a 15 minute walk to broadway! We even were able to walk to our concert at Ascend Amphitheater! It’s the perfect location for going out on the town in downtown Nashville. They were great hosts who answered every question I had in the friendliest ways possible! The room was BEAUTIFUL. It was exactly what we needed for our 3 day gateway. The room was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, even recommendations for places to go. It was an all around amazing experience!! 10/10 would recommend them again!

We actually ended up upgraded to a different place, while we were looking forward to the original place because of pool when traveling with an eight-year-old is like you know the best thing ever. Somehow, he managed to top it when HVAC problems arised. We felt right at home and stayed in a beautiful place that appeared to be geared towards a bachelorette party low behold it was also perfect for a small girl. We were able to give her some amazing core memories at a place that we wouldn’t have been able to stay at otherwise and we are all very grateful for the opportunity. The trip was amazing. We will absolutely stay with us host again when we visit next year.

It was absolutely the most peaceful place. Not only was the house and fenced back yard extremely peaceful, but the surrounding neighborhood was surprisingly quiet as well. The house is a quick 10 minutes from downtown so a great location. The interior was spotless with all the amenities you could possibly want. Really enjoyed and appreciated a great stay at this home.

Great place to stay, on the water, boat dock, close to stores and restaurants, host made us feel at home and checked in quite often to make sure our stay was going good. This house has everything you could need.

Excellent, exceptional!!! Exactly as shown, very beautiful and comfortable. Nice beds and plenty of room to spread out. This was a girls weekend and we were very happy with your place; wonderful location which allowed a true taste of what Nashville has to offer!! A short drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown, the Opry and not far from airport access while also enjoying beautiful walks and exploration of the quaint neighborhood!! We enjoyed local coffee, restaurants and little bars offering live music all within walking distance of our beautiful accommodations. A+ for responses from our host with a great sense of humor😂 Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we had a great girls trip!!!!

Beautiful place, great location and had everything we needed. Loved the screened in porch. Mathew was great, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend Mathew's place and would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

We loved Michael’s place and would absolutely stay here again. The house is spacious and clean with plenty of room for a group of six to spread out. It was a quick 5 min Uber from downtown Broadway and Nissan Stadium. After a concert, when Ubers were hard to find, we walked from Nissan Stadium to this AirBnB late-night in about 20 mins with no trouble at all. Thanks Michael!

John is hands down one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had! From the moment we booked, communication was easy and welcoming—but what truly set him apart was how he handled an unexpected situation. We missed our flight and had to adjust our plans last minute, and John went above and beyond to accommodate us without hesitation. We came for a 21st birthday and had a great time. This is a great location to everything and loved having the grocery store so close. We will definitely rebook if we ever come back to Nashville!

We loved our stay. The rooms and spaces were just what we needed. We loved the large patio and full walls of glass doors. The secured parking was an added bonus. We didn't use the pool, but it looked quite nice. Very quiet and private inside a very secured building. Courtney responded to every inquiry and was extremely easy to work with.

Our family had a great trip while staying here! Very walkable to everything. We felt safe and comfortable at our condo at all times thanks to the Latch app. Well appointed condo with all the comforts you need! Unfortunately, we encountered an issue and had to park offside, but it was no fault of Al's and he did his best to remedy the situation. Great place to stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. The location was ideal—just a short walk to downtown, local restaurants, and live music venues. We visited Fogg right across the street during our time before going out on the town and had alot of fun playing games on the roof top. The host was responsive and friendly. You will use a app to enter all doors but this definitely provides the safety you are looking for. The host was very helpful with all of my non tech questions. Once I got it down was easy to use. They provided clear instructions and helpful local recommendations, which made the experience even better. Whether you're in town for the music scene, food, or a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I'd absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Nashville! Love the lounge area and our rental.

This place is a fantastic location for all that is Nashville! The building itself is quite active all of the time. It’s an easy walk to and from Broadway and to all of the action. Would certainly recommend it if you are looking for an easy place to get to from the airport and a walkable location to all of the fun! Thank you!

Great condo, spacious with a bed for each sister!! Full size amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Very cute and inviting. Beautiful view of the rolling river. Perfect location. Can’t wait to go back. Easy check in/out.

Tara is a great host. Responsive and helpful. Allowed an early check in. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and the location is perfect. 12 min. to a store, coffee shop on the corner and 30 to town and less to entertainment. Great stay.

Great place! Walk to Broadway and other fun restaurants, bars, etc. Nice amenities! Recommend for a fun time in Nashville!!
