Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. This lovely apartment is located in the quiet and family-friendly part of Islands Brygge. With only 50 meters to the water and harbor, 50 meters to Amager Fælled and 2 km to the main train station and Strøget. The apartment is located in new construction, on the ground floor with access to a 12 sqm large terrace, with direct access to a large shared courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished, both in the kitchen and the living room. I have lived there myself for 10 years and I love this little gem :)

Amazing newly built & modern houseboat on 2 floors. Upstairs: hallway and guest toilet. Large & bright kitchen & dining room ending out in a lovely living room. From the living room there is access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the unique view, morning-dinner & evening sun. Take a dip or enjoy a trip on a supboard. Spacious 4 bedroom villa with 2,5 baths with beautiful lake view in a very quiet neighborhood. You'll be able to enjoy a lot of activities very close to the house: walks in the protected green area "Vaserne", swimming or kayaking in the lake (kayaks provided at private pier 2 minutes walk from the house - no direct access to the lake from the garden) If you want to visit Copenhagen, it's only 25 minutes drive away. Please note that our cat, Rosie, will be staying in the house during your stay.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a quiet courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities. Please feel free to take coffee and use the coffee machine. Update: Facade is fully renovated! No longer construction. Feel like you’re home 🏠

Nyd denne fantastiske lejlighed i rolige omgivelser, med udsigt til Københavns kanaler, som man kan bade i. Lejligheden er beliggende med gåafstand til Tivoli, et storecenter, strøget og meget mere. Der går en havnebus, metro, bus og s-tog i nærheden, så det er nemt at komme rundt og besøge hele København. Derudover er der en 8 kvm stor altan, med udsigt til vandet. Altanen er sydvendt hvilket betyder aftensol! I stuen er der en blød chaiselong sofa, som man sagtens kan soves på.
