Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Luxury apartment surrounded by water. This unique home has its very own style. Super modern building with roof terrace and private berth. The apartment has 3 floors divided into a kitchen, living room, toilet and entrance on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor and a fantastic roof terrace on the 3rd floor overlooking houseboats and green surroundings. It's easy to get around the city with Metro, water bus and public transport right outside the door. Indoor parking space can be purchased. You'll love the home and the place.

Enjoy my lovely bright & modern apartment with Nordic decor. The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed, a room with a bed and a private terrace. There is a shared courtyard. The apartment is located by the water and there are plenty of swimming opportunities. At the building, you can take the water bus and experience Copenhagen from the water side. The apartment has supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bakery and transport just around the corner. 11 min. from CPH center. You will have the apartment to yourselves.

Welcome to our stylish, minimalistic home - we only rent it out while travelling. It's fully equipped,family friendly - direct access to a playground. It's a high-quality ground floor Scandinavian apartment with an outdoor terrace. Perfectly located by the water, yet well-connected to the centre,1min away from 2 grocery shops in a new modern neighbourhood. It has 1 bedroom +there is a sofa in the living room. It's not a sleeping sofa, but has removable pillows, so can work for 1adult/teenager.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry and high-end appliances, complemented by a wooden dining table surrounded by black and yellow chairs. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space, highlighting contemporary art on the walls and the warm wooden flooring.
