Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

House on the water

Do you want to experience Copenhagen from a quiet base on the water and still be very close to the city? In our home, there are panoramic views of the water in all rooms, and you get your private terrace with direct access to the water. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the lovely views from the 4th floor. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, so there is the possibility of privacy. The harbor bus sails right past, so you can easily get around Copenhagen in a fun and beautiful way.

The apartment is in a peaceful and central location, within walking distance of the city, the Metro station and the main train station. It contains a bright bedroom, a large living room and dining kitchen with access to the balcony. There is an elevator inside the property itself and a private parking space in the neighboring property. The apartment is directly adjacent to Sankt Jørgens Sø, a lovely and green recreational area in the middle of the city. Feel free to ask about a longer stay.

Our apartment is located at the heart of Copenhagen in the beautiful and popular neighborhood Vesterbro – close to Tivoli, the best restaurants, and some of the most charming shopping streets, you can find. One of these streets is called Værnedamsvej or "mini-Paris" due to its french vibe, and it has been named 'one of the coolest streets in the world' multiple times. This lovely street, the central station and the beautiful lakes are only 5 minutes away on foot. As easy as it gets :)

Located on Frederiksberg C, right next to the lakes, you are close to everything Copenhagen has to offer. 5 min walk to Vesterbro, 5 min walk to Nørrebro and 10 min walk to Strøget (the main shopping street). On top, you have Forum Metro 6 min away and the main central station 10 min away walking distance. The building was fully renovated in May 2017 with only luxurious apartments. My home has everything and a little bit more to offer whether you are here for business or pleasure.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende smukke, istandsatte bolig - et rækkehus i det legendariske område, Kartoffelrækkerne fra ca 1880: en landsby midt i København. Huset har 4 etager (+ hems) med to sove-værelser (hver med dobbeltseng) med tilhørende badeværelse. Desuden mulighed for 4 sovepladser på hems og i stue. Der er forhave og baghave: i alt en unik bolig som fantastisk basis for skøn oplevelse af København.

The apartment is located by the lakes and close to the Botanical Garden, the National Museum of Art, the King's Garden, Nørreport Station. You'll love my place because of the high-ceilinged mansion, the newly renovated design by Philip Starck and Arne Jacobsen in the mansion apartment, the good barbecue options in the courtyard, the good parking conditions. My place is good for business travelers, families (with children), and large groups.

Penthouse with balcony and great view~!

Perfect location to explore Copenhagen! Located steps from the harbour, this is an ideal location to stay if you love the attractiveness of being near the waterfront. Great apartment with elevator in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood. Local amenities just on the doorstep and only a short walk along the waterside into the city centre or across the adjacent bridge to the vibrant Vesterbro with interesting shops, bars and restaurants.
