Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

Green areas are within walking distance. If you love nature and water, but also want easy access to the city center, this apartment is ideal for you. Do you want to experience Copenhagen from a quiet base on the water and still be very close to the city? In our home, there are panoramic views of the water in all rooms, and you get your private terrace with direct access to the water. There is also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the lovely views from the 4th floor. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, so there is the possibility of privacy. The harbor bus sails right past, so you can easily get around Copenhagen in a fun and beautiful way.

Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you are at Town Hall Square/Tivoli. By car, it is only 5 minutes to Bella Center and only 10 minutes to the airport. Both the ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment to the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.

Sluseholmen's many restaurants, cafes, shopping and atmospheric harbor baths mean that you almost don't want to leave the island. However, the city center is only 5 minutes away by metro, which is 200 meters from the apartment. The harbor bus, which is also a few hundred meters away, takes you around Copenhagen, cheaply and easily. Free private parking is available and the airport is only 15 minutes away.
