Vacation rentals with a patio in Skopelos

We had a wonderful 12 day stay. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We loved the balcony and outdoor space and made excellent use of the bbq There is a very good supermarket just a 100 yds away and Scopelos town was only 20 minutes walk away Aoanna was a lovely host who made our stay special and we are looking forward to visiting again Soon!

We loved our stay in Skopolos, Μάχη made it very easy for us, giving us a lift from the port to the apartment so we didn’t have to carry our bags up the hill. The apartment is in a great location only 3min walk away from the port. The apartment is was lovely and clean and everything matched the description perfectly.

I rented Halu's place for my teenage children. It couldn't have been more perfect. Really nicely decorated with two little balconies and right in the town so they could make the most of all the bars and clubs and then come and visit us by the beach via the excellent bus system.

communication with zefy was simply outstanding during the entire time of planning, during, and after checkout. the place is simple and minimalistic as described in the listing: the kitchen is not too well equipped and the living room does not offer much space to hang out, but for beach holidays the place offers anything that is crucial: a parking lot just for you in front of the house, a huge fridge and freezer, powerful A/C and comfy beds, sitting place outside and hangers for your wet beach towels.

Perfect location right in the center of town. Easy access. Top air conditioning. Great cleanliness. And amazing calm! Perfect for 4 people with a bathroom and two toilets. I would definitely rent again by going to Skopelos!!

The place is amazing…. incredibly modern, with trendy decor that feels fresh and stylish. Every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, is thoughtfully chosen, creating a space that's both comfortable and visually appealing. The view is absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the entire place spotless and well-maintained. It was evident that the host takes great pride in keeping the property in perfect condition. The location couldn't be better—everything you need is within easy reach. We were met by Nikos who graciously carried our bags up the 3 flights of stairs. Highly recommended!

I loved my stay in Skiathos, Gigi was incredible & really helped me out a lot during my stay as I had a late arrival. The location is excellent as it's right around the corner from Bus Stop 0 which goes to a few great beaches along the coast including Koukounaries for a few euros in 20-30 minutes. It has a market very close by & it's also 5-10 minutes walk to the Port with many good restaurants and boat trips that go around the island and to Lalaria. The apartment was cozy & had everything you need, the air conditioning was excellent. You may not be able to connect to the Wifi as it's shared between apartments but the air bnb page does mention that Wifi isn't included so this is made clear before you book but it wasn't an issue during my stay. I just saved any big data downloads/uploads for when I visited restaurants as most had good wifi available and were happy for you to use it. I would highly recommend & hope to come back one day. It will make your Skiathos trip very easygoing

Everything was great! Because we didn't have transportation they offered to take us to the house themselves, which is very convenient since it has a lot of walking uphill and with the luggage it would be difficult, as several taxis do not go up the last turn a distance of about 100m. The pool was wonderful, although it was missing tile, so the paint peels off on you if it was leaning down or on the side but it was easy to leave afterwards so there was no problem. We would go back 100% .

We had a great time at the island. The apartment was clean and tidy. The landlords had the apartment cleaned after three days of stay and brought us, as it got a little colder, a thick blanket past, very pleasant. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating and took good care of us. The only deductions would be the very low blankets, my partner has constantly hit his head😅. The equipment of the kitchen also leaves something to be desired, such as cutting board and a sharp knife. Otherwise, all in all very pleasant apartment in a somewhat secluded and rugged location. We will be happy to come back! ☺️

We rented the place for a weekend and it was perfect. Communication was great and the apartment very clean. We recommend this place for a weekend without hesitation.

Great Stay in Skiathos! 🏝️ We had an incredible stay at Kiriaki's place in Skiathos! From the moment we walked in, we loved how charming and cozy the house was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the beaches, local restaurants and the Old Town, yet still quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and we'd like to thank Kiriaki for making it so special. We can’t wait to return!

Kalliopi was very friendly and helpful. You could ask them anything if you needed help or recommendations. The accommodation was nice. You had all the ones you'll need. Especially the garden was very convincing. From the garden you could also look at the sea. In a short time you could walk to the beach. Also a small supermarket and a quad/moped rental were a short distance from the property. So in all, a great place to stay. However, it is on the road, so you could hear the traffic. Despite this, you could sleep well - even me with a light sleep.

We loved Manolis's stay for our holiday in Skiathos. Easy, straightforward communication. Very convenient check-in and check-out. The flat is more beautiful than in the pictures. Big, spotless clean, quiet, well equipped in the perfect location. A lot of restaurants, shops, bars in all directions. We had a great time, thank you, highly recommended. 🤗

I have no words. Regina was so sweet and nice, she even has given us a lift from the port to Aerino for the check in. She showed us around, explained everything and even has given us some nice and really good recommendations for restaurants with authentic food, where you have more locals. The house is super clean, you can find everything you need, even cotton buds. Super fluffy towels and a welcome basket with coffee and lovely nice treats. Such a nice and warm welcome, that made our stay at Aerino very special. We will defently come back. The house has an amazing view and when you walk down through all this lovely narrow lanes you can find everyday some nice Walks to explore his sweet little charming town. Already miss this place so much. People are so friendly and helpful everywhere. Thanks a lot for this relaxing holyday expirience. Regina, you made it very special.

Me and my family had the most relaxing stay last week at Mataki guest house! Mata was super responsive and helpful whenever I needed to ask any questions and gave some great recommendations about the area! We loved Skiathos and hope to come back! The air bnb is set back from the town so it’s lovely and peaceful, the location is perfect.

Characterful, spacious townhouse with plenty of outdoor space. Air-conditioning throughout, well equipped with a smart TV. Right in the heart of Skopelos town. Car recommended for reaching the beaches. Hosts very helpful and friendly.

The location f clean, close to the port , accessible on foot , quiet , you had easy access to restaurants , cafes , shopping . super kind host, gave me some great recommendations, even booking for a trip with the family . Recommended 100%

We stayed a week. The host immediately made us feel at ease. The house is clean and in a very convenient location, for the beaches and food markets. The house had everything you need and you could have dinner outside in the courtyard. Just a few kilometers from Chora, which is definitely worth a visit

The apartment is located in the middle of Skopelos town, very close to the harbour and the bus stop. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately we overlooked that there was no wifi and we were visited by a cockroach. Otherwise we had no problems. The communication with Evangelina was great, she even left us some greek sweets and Tomato’s from her garden.

Great flat. Close to the main street and bars and restaurants. The host is great, very attentive to every detail to make our stay comfortable.
