Vacation rentals with a patio in Skopelos

We had a wonderful 12 day stay. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We loved the balcony and outdoor space and made excellent use of the bbq There is a very good supermarket just a 100 yds away and Scopelos town was only 20 minutes walk away Aoanna was a lovely host who made our stay special and we are looking forward to visiting again Soon!

Καθαρό, όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα σε μία πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι. Τα διάφορα δωμάτια είναι όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μία άνετη διαμονή. Από τα πιο δυνατά στοιχεία του σπιτιού είναι το μπαλκόνι από το οποίο μπορείς να απολαύσεις την θέα όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας. Η οικοδεσπότης ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετική, μας παρέλαβε από το λιμάνι ώστε να μην ταλαιπωρηθούμε με τις βαλίτσες μας και μας έδωσε προτάσεις σχετικά με τα διάφορα μέρη που μπορούμε να επισκεφτούμε κατά την παραμονή μας στο νησί.

Hei, vi hadde et herlig opphold i denne leiligheten, som knaller høyeste grad svarte til forventningene. Enkelt å kommunisere med vertskapet, som svarte raskt og var veldig behjelpelig. Leiligheten hadde en fin beliggenhet i umiddelbar nærhet til havna, og bylivet i Skiathos. Nattelivet kommer også tett på, men det var godt isolerte vinduer som stengte lyden ute. Fikk følelsen av å være en av de lokale. Deilig og sval takterrasse. For oss var dette et perfekt stoppested for noen dager, før videre reise med båt. Kan absolutt anbefales! communication with zefy was simply outstanding during the entire time of planning, during, and after checkout. the place is simple and minimalistic as described in the listing: the kitchen is not too well equipped and the living room does not offer much space to hang out, but for beach holidays the place offers anything that is crucial: a parking lot just for you in front of the house, a huge fridge and freezer, powerful A/C and comfy beds, sitting place outside and hangers for your wet beach towels.

Emplacement parfait en plein centre de la ville. Accès facile. Climatisation au top. Grande propreté. Et un calme incroyable ! Parfait pour 4 personnes avec une salle de bain et deux wc. Je relouerais certainement en passant à Skopelos !!

The place is amazing…. incredibly modern, with trendy decor that feels fresh and stylish. Every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, is thoughtfully chosen, creating a space that's both comfortable and visually appealing. The view is absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the entire place spotless and well-maintained. It was evident that the host takes great pride in keeping the property in perfect condition. The location couldn't be better—everything you need is within easy reach. We were met by Nikos who graciously carried our bags up the 3 flights of stairs. Highly recommended!

I loved my stay in Skiathos, Gigi was incredible & really helped me out a lot during my stay as I had a late arrival. The location is excellent as it's right around the corner from Bus Stop 0 which goes to a few great beaches along the coast including Koukounaries for a few euros in 20-30 minutes. It has a market very close by & it's also 5-10 minutes walk to the Port with many good restaurants and boat trips that go around the island and to Lalaria. The apartment was cozy & had everything you need, the air conditioning was excellent. You may not be able to connect to the Wifi as it's shared between apartments but the air bnb page does mention that Wifi isn't included so this is made clear before you book but it wasn't an issue during my stay. I just saved any big data downloads/uploads for when I visited restaurants as most had good wifi available and were happy for you to use it. I would highly recommend & hope to come back one day. It will make your Skiathos trip very easygoing

Όλα ήτανε υπέροχα! Επειδή δεν είχαμε μεταφορικό προσφερθηκαν να μας πάνε οι ίδιοι στο σπίτι, πράγμα πολύ βολικό αφού έχει αρκετό περπάτημα ανηφόρα και με τις αποσκευές θα ήτανε δύσκολο, καθώς αρκετά ταξί δεν ανεβαίνουν την τελευταία στροφή απόσταση περίπου 100μ. Η πισίνα υπέροχη, αν και της έλειπε πλακάκι με αποτέλεσμα η μπογιά να ξεβαφει πάνω σου αν ακουμπούσε κάτω ή στο πλάι αλλά έφευγε εύκολα μετα οπότε δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα. Θα ξαναπήγαιναμε 100% .

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit auf der Insel. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Vermieter ließen die Wohnung nach drei Tagen Aufenthalt sauber machen und brachten uns, da es etwas kälter wurde eine dicke Decke vorbei, sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und kümmerte sich gut um uns. Einzige Abzüge wären die sehr niedrigen Decken, mein Partner hat sich ständig den Kopf gestoßen 😅. Auch die Außstattung der Küche lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig, wie Schneidbrett und ein scharfes Messer. Ansonsten alles in allem sehr angenehme Wohnung in etwas abgelegender und ruiger Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ☺️

Great Stay in Skiathos! 🏝️ We had an incredible stay at Kiriaki's place in Skiathos! From the moment we walked in, we loved how charming and cozy the house was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the beaches, local restaurants and the Old Town, yet still quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and we'd like to thank Kiriaki for making it so special. We can’t wait to return!

Kalliopi war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte sie alles fragen, wenn man Hilfe oder Empfehlungen brauchte. Die Unterkunft war schön. Man hatte alles, was man braucht. Vor allem der Garten hat sehr überzeugt. Vom Garten konnte man auch aufs Meer blicken. In nur kurzer Zeit konnte man zu Fuß den Strand erreichen. Auch einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Quad/Moped-Verleih waren in kurzer Distanz zur Unterkunft. Im Großen und Ganzen also eine tolle Unterkunft. Sie ist allerdings an der Straße, wodurch man den Verkehr hören konnte. Trotz dessen konnte man - auch ich mit leichtem Schlaf - gut schlafen.

We loved Manolis's stay for our holiday in Skiathos. Easy, straightforward communication. Very convenient check-in and check-out. The flat is more beautiful than in the pictures. Big, spotless clean, quiet, well equipped in the perfect location. A lot of restaurants, shops, bars in all directions. We had a great time, thank you, highly recommended. 🤗

I have no words. Regina was so sweet and nice, she even has given us a lift from the port to Aerino for the check in. She showed us around, explained everything and even has given us some nice and really good recommendations for restaurants with authentic food, where you have more locals. The house is super clean, you can find everything you need, even cotton buds. Super fluffy towels and a welcome basket with coffee and lovely nice treats. Such a nice and warm welcome, that made our stay at Aerino very special. We will defently come back. The house has an amazing view and when you walk down through all this lovely narrow lanes you can find everyday some nice Walks to explore his sweet little charming town. Already miss this place so much. People are so friendly and helpful everywhere. Thanks a lot for this relaxing holyday expirience. Regina, you made it very special.

Vi nød vores ophold i Matas hus i Skiathos. Huset ligger skønt - meget tæt på by, restauranter og seværdigheder, men i en rolig gade. Som et plus har huset en dejlig gårdhave, hvor vi nød at sidde om aftenen. Mata er en virkelig god vært og var hurtig til at sende instruktioner for tjek ind og løbende følge op med anbefalinger og hurtig hjælp - også da vi formåede at låse os selv ude. Oven i hatten blev vi modtaget af hendes far ved tjek ind, der venlig ventede for at tage imod os. Der var ikke meningen, da vi selv bare skulle tjekke ind med nøgleboks. Men det var en fin gestus og dejligt at blive taget godt imod. Skiathos er en skøn ø og skal du besøge den, kan vi varmt anbefale, at du booker et ophold hos Mata. Skal vi til Skiathos igen, booker vi her!

Characterful, spacious townhouse with plenty of outdoor space. Air-conditioning throughout, well equipped with a smart TV. Right in the heart of Skopelos town. Car recommended for reaching the beaches. Hosts very helpful and friendly.

Siamo stati una settimana. L'host ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. La casa è pulita ed in una posizione comodissima, per le spiagge e per i market alimentari. Nella casa c'era tutto l'occorrente e si poteva cenare anche fuori nel cortile. A soli pochi chilometri dalla Chora che merita assolutamente una visita

The apartment is located in the middle of Skopelos town, very close to the harbour and the bus stop. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately we overlooked that there was no wifi and we were visited by a cockroach. Otherwise we had no problems. The communication with Evangelina was great, she even left us some greek sweets and Tomato’s from her garden.

Wir - Familie mit einem Kind - haben im August 2023 knapp zwei Wochen auf Skopelos in einer Ferienwohnung von Fotisstudios verbracht. Wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt, konnten früher einchecken, in der sehr sauberen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Hygienneartikel sowie Proviant fürs erste Frühstück wurden uns unerwarteterweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Frau Nikoletta die Ehefrau von Fotis und Maria seine Nichte haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet, uns Anregungen für Unternehmungen gegeben. Da unsere Gastgeber im gleichen Gebäude wohnen, konnten wir uns jeder Zeit an sie mit unseren Anliegen und Fragen wenden. Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern, vor allem bei Frau Nikoletta und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter!
