Heather's Hillcrest Studio was the perfect place to stay! The studio itself was immaculate and accounted for every detail: toiletries, kitchenware, appliances, wardrobe, full length mirror, a boot tray for rain/snowy days, printed booklet with super clear and detailed instructions, among many other details. You can tell the build on this studio was completed by someone who really knows their cabinetry and custom woodworking -- lots of thoughtful storage/compartments, and not to mention, aesthetically it is beautiful. I will definitely be booking with Heather again!

Perfect little spot for a quick getaway. Was within 10 minutes of our family. Great host, we will definitely stay again if in the area.

I loved staying here. The place was perfect and very clean. Didnt really notice the train myself. Would 100% stay here again if I am ever in the area.

We stayed here three nights in winter. It was cold, rain and windy. We still managed to walk a bit of the ground. I so want to comeback in spring to see the gardens in bloom. Our cottage was charming and comfy. The bed seems to be a small queen but we had plenty of room. There is not a regular sized stove/oven, so cooking a meal was a bit challenging. We still managed to make homemade enchiladas. We plan on booking again soon to visit our family.
