After, slide into the hot tub, or relax by the fire pit. Take the kids to the playground, the lake, or the pup to the dog park! Don't forget shopping or a visit to the many breweries in town! This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.
