Our family has lived here since 1890, and we have a wonderful guest cottage sitting on the high bank with 180-degree views of Saratoga Passage, Mount Baker, and the North Cascades. With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

The Nut House

Glamping in the trees. Come experience the beauty and serenity of being in the forest in a unique craftsman treehouse on beautiful Camano Island just an hour and ten minutes north of Seattle. Your private parking and short trail leads to a short cable bridge into a cozy 150 sq. ft. cabin 13 ft above the forest floor. You’ll be surrounded by mahogany walls with a cozy full size futon up in the loft. If the futon is too cozy a campsite is available. The treehouse is warm even on chilly nights.

You will have access to a private full bath with roomy shower and laundry facilities accessible through our garage any time. There is a small refrigerator and microwave as well as Keurig coffee. There is a large window facing the garden with a view of the water through the trees. Longpoint Beach at the opening to Penn Cove is a 10 minute walk through our quiet neighborhood.

Come and enjoy our cozy waterfront home on beautiful Camano Island with views looking over Saratoga passage. You’ll experience panoramic views of the water from the living room and on our wraparound deck; perfect for whale and orcas viewing in the summer, enjoying the sunset, water features and wildlife. Come unplug, relax, recharge and de-stress at this beach retreat on central Whidbey Island! The cabin is small, cozy and cute. With great windows for beach and water views! Open kitchen living and dining space, with two bedrooms and one full bath. The larger bedroom has a King size bed, closet and dresser. The 2nd bedroom, just off of the dining area, is smaller with a queen bed, dresser and closet. The full size bathroom is located between the two bedrooms.
