In town, you will find all the services you need: tourist information, grocery shop, restaurant, petrol station, ATM, swimming pool, and more. From the natural hot tub at the center of the well-maintained cottage site, you can enjoy the golden light of the midnight sun or watch the northern lights. You will stay in one of our four studio-style 2-person cottages. They range from 30 to 36 square meters in size and feature different decoration. You can choose to have one large double bed or two single beds in your cottage. Please state at the time of booking which one you require.

The house has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, sleeps 2-3. In addition, there is a sleeping loft for 4. Adjoining living room and kitchen; TV, Wifi, dishwasher and all kitchen equipment. From living room you access the balcony to the east and a terrace to the south. Bathroom has a shower and can be accessed by an outside patio with a hot tub. There is also a nice area for sunbathing and a gas grill. A high chair and a baby cot are available. Dogs are welcome. All major services are a short walk away, 3 km in Sauðárkrókur.

Dýjaból is a 50 m2 summer house whith 2 bedrooms, in a peaceful area in Northern Iceland, about 3,5 hours drive from Reykjavik. There is a hot tub on the veranda and trees and bushes around the house. From Dýjaból there is less than 10 minutes to Sauðárkrókur, where you can find swimming pool, supermarket, wine store, bakery and restuarants. From Sauðárkrókur you can take a boat to Drangey, the home of the puffins. There is a one hours drive to Akureyri. A cosy place in peaceful surroundings.

We would like to welcome you to come and stay in our lovely guesthouse at our farm in the heart of Skagafjordur. Here you can relax and enjoy your evening in our hot tub, take a walk to visit our calm and gentle horses, we also own a beautiful lake and we are "forest farmers" i.e. we plant 10.000 trees each year and we can highly recommend a stroll through our young forest to the lake. There will be sheep, chicken, cats and dogs around and next to the house there is a beautiful old church:)

Family paradise in the country

A beautiful house in the countryside located just 2km outside of the small town of Ólafsfjörður. Ideal for families to relax and enjoy the nature. In the summertime there is access to a lake and a lot of beautiful walking trails and hikes in the surrounding mountains. In the wintertime this is an absolute paradise for skiing and all kinds of winter sports and activities. On the property is a small forest, a lot of birdlife and it feels like you are million miles away from the nearest town.

Cottage in a beautiful valley

This nice cottage is situated in the middle of a beautiful valley, with no neighbors disturbing you. You have a sea view to the north. A stream with waterfalls and rapids down through the valley. The hut is also a good base for skitouring and moutain hiking (many trails in the area) and horse riding. We offer horse riding for additonal fee. We can ride a calm tour with beginners or a bit faster with more experienced riders. Horse riding is mostly available from April till September.

The Cottage is located in the bottom of fjord Ólafsfjörður, in the mountains. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a private geothermal water jacuzzi in a garden-in-house area, that can be opened up to the terrace. The cottage is well equipped, has a new WIFI for guests to use, and quality mattresses made up with comfortable linen, soft towels and warm blankets. The area is extremely peaceful. Our house is placed on an beautiful island not far from Akureyri and has a great view out to the sea and up in the mountains. It's a quiet and a friendly place where family and friends can have wonderful time together. A restaurant Verbúðin66 is near by and a grocery store Hríseyjarbúðin. There is a hot-tub on the patio and also there is a swimming-pool on the island. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the location, the views, and the people.
