A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Välkommen till vår nybyggda stuga på 30 m2 i Bokenäs. Det är 1,5 km ner till badvik (Rörbäck) vid havet. Till stugan hör en avskild mindre uteplats med utemöbler och grill. I stugan finns det mesta. Kök med diskmaskin, badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Det finns fyra sängar 80x200 uppe på loftet. Ej ståhöjd uppe och trappan upp är lite brant. I vardagsrummet finns kamin, och enkel bäddsoffa för två som kan sova nära. Kommer ni en familj med 3-4 barn går det om man vill.
