Seaside holiday home with magnificent views

Stay with a fantastic ocean view near the beach, forest, and nature in a newly built vacation home of 30 square meters (323 square feet) with a cozy sleeping loft. Here, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay – dishwasher, washing machine, induction stovetop, oven, and TV. Relax on the large terrace with a magical sunset or take a short walk to the jetty for an evening swim. Close to central Stenungsund with restaurants, cafés, and shopping. Perfect location for discovering Orust, Tjörn, and Bohuslän's beautiful coastline and attractions.

Newly renovated, barbecue & patio, 150 meters to the sea

The home is completely renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available adjacent to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the bus stop is just outside. To the sea, it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund, about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the home there is a patio with table and chairs and a barbecue.

60-square-meter cottage with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer together induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the terrace facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Please note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double 2 single and as well as a small boat available during the stay. The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and rocks on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

Very old windmill rebuild as a summer holiday house. Location 45km north of Gothenburg and 7 km from the next grocery. Simple kitchen inside and also outside. Toilet and shower is outside the mill in a separate house. Sunny location, hot tub, sauna with outside shower, sea view. Ten minutes walk to the sea. Roof hight on the first floor is very low about 170 cm. Stairs are steep. Spiders live in the mill. The WIFI works outdoors only. Sauna hottub and open fire inside the mill are by wood.
