Underbart mysig liten sommarstuga i Bokenäs, södra Bohuslän. Närhet till mysig badplats med liten strand såväl som brygga (7 min mysig gångväg). Tio minuters gångväg till Bokenäs Spa https://www.bokenaset.com där ni kan äta, spa:a eller köpa en glass. Även närhet till flera av Bohusläns riktiga smultronställen såsom Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund (25 minuter med bil), bilfärjan till Lysekil har ni 10 minuter bort. Eller så stannar ni hemma på den mysiga tomten, solar, grillar och njuter av lugnet.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Välkommen till mitt lilla paradis. Naturnära boende med både havet och djur/fågelliv utanför fönstret. Uteplats med havsutsikt. Nära till bad, riktigt fina vandringar, historiska platser, konstskola, konstnärernas kollektivverkstad, konstnärscafé (på helgerna och alla dagar på sommaren.) Också nära till kända turistorter som Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan är nybyggd och ligger bredvid bostadshuset. Lugnt område, mest delårsboende.

Hus vid badplats

Nybyggt hus på 25 kvadrat ca 50 meter ifrån badplats med sandstrand, hopptorn och badbryggor. Omgiven av skog med bär och svamp, utkiksplats och skogsstigar. 25 min med bil till Liseberg/Gbg city. Fri parkering utanför huset. Gratis parkering finns också vid busshållplatsen om du vill ta direktbussen in till centrum. Utemöbler finns på altanen. Fest eller tillställning INTE TILLÅTET. Max 5 personer i stugan. Husdjur undanbedes.

Lägenhet vid Rönnängs brygga (Veckopris finnes)

Lägenheten ligger vid Rönnängs brygga i ett lugnt område. Rönnäng ligger på ön Tjörn som har en vacker natur och många möjligheter till aktiviteter tex flera vandringsleder, cykelvägar, golf, fiske, bad och kajakpaddling. Skärhamn med bla Nordiska akvarellmuseet ligger ca: 8 km bort. Till Stenungsund med bra shopping är det ca: 25 km och till Göteborg med bla Liseberg är det ca: 65 km.

Huset har altan och fin uteplats med utsikt över hav, kobbar och skär. Städning ingår ej men om du inte vill städa själv kan du beställa städning för ett tillägg på 900 kr. Ej husdjur.
