Cozy cabin perfectly located in a winter/summer area. You can sit on the porch to watch the cross-country stadium, to go straight out into the Birkebeiner track or out on great hiking trails. Short distance to Kiwi, sports shop, pub and restaurant. There is a safe and nice walking path right from the cabin. Otherwise, there are many activities that take place during the year. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer/dishwasher. The bathroom contains a combined washing machine/dryer. Gas grill and wood burning stove are available. Apple TV and fiber.

Cottage by mountains and water near Sjusjøen/Lillehammer

Cozy decor and well equipped with good beds, kitchen, bathroom and shower. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

A great starting point for skiing & mountain trails

This cabin is a great starting point for hiking in the mountains. It is located 900 meters above sea level. Walk straight out into mountain trails or unique ski slopes. Or just relax on the terrace or in front of the fireplace. It is 250 meters until you are on mountain trails, and 100 meters to the ski slope. The store is 1.8 km away in summer and 3.4 km in winter. The cabin has fantastic views and sun all day with a magnificent sunset. There is also a private ski storage for those who want to wax skis. There are 8 beds and a baby bed.

Sjusjøen's ski slope network starts about 50 meters from the cabin. For alpine pleasures, there is a short drive to Sjusjøen Ski Center and a 35-minute drive to Hafjell Alpine Center. In summer, there are great hunting/fishing opportunities and great hiking areas. Also used for visits to Hunderfossen Family Park. Office desk in two of the bedrooms. The cabin is on two floors. It has a living room and open kitchen solution, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna, hallway, fireplace, terrace with fire pit, smokery and hot tub. Baby cot and high chair for children are available. We have installed an electric car outlet. Dogs are allowed with some restrictions (only on the ground floor and not on the furniture). Pleasant cottage area with a mix of people who actively go cross-country skiing and families with small children. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.

A small and cottage in Norway's best cottage area and cross-country ski resort, Sjusjøen. The cottage contains a hallway/kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room and terrace. In the living room, the sofa can be folded into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob and combi oven. There is no inlet water, but it is well-suited for those who want to take a little shower after a ski trip. In the bathroom there is also an infrared sauna that is quick to warm up.
