Machtelt is a very pleasant, warm host. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, very tasteful and loving, super cozy. The location is just great for cycling. Bergen is beautiful, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping and Amsterdam is also super easy to reach by train from Alkmaar. Through the dunes to the sea is an experience in any weather and any season and mega mega beautiful. We will be back! Claudia and Stefan

We felt very comfortable and had a very nice few days in Sandy's house. The children loved the playground and the football field right outside the door. In particular, families I can recommend the house. We will be happy to come back.

We felt right at home, nothing was missing. Very special location, perfect for relaxing but also for excursions. Marc was very friendly and was able to help us out with many tips. At our request to get a step stool so that the children get to the sink, he responded immediately. The sauna has, of course, been a highlight. Everything very comfortable! The location on the water simply fantastic! We also had a lot of fun with the trampoline. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Communication and check-in worked out great. The house was sparkling clean and there was a little Easter surprise waiting for us. The house is very nicely decorated with very nice details. It's nicer than the pictures. It offered enough space for 2 adults and a teenager. We loved the bench in front of the house. We loved sitting in the sun with a coffee. The location is great. Just around the corner from the harbor, cafes, restaurants, bakery and supermarket are within walking distance.. A perfect starting point for excursions to the region. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back again.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet street and in close proximity to shops (open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the most part), the waterfront and its port. The downside is the parking, you have to park at the Pelmolenpad parking lot and pay 3.40 a day. The accommodation is very spacious, clean, amenities and products +++++, pity we couldn't enjoy the terraces Jan welcomed us very warmly, responsive and discreet host Recommended+++

Our family (3 kids 9-13) really enjoyed staying at Elisabeth’s home. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and an easy walk to the village for shopping, dining and necessities.

It was a sheer delight to stay in Mandy's apartment. So much so I had to extend a few extra days. The apartment itself is gorgeous, sparkling clean and looks exactly like the photos. For me it really was a home away from home. The location itself was also amazing. Peaceful, quiet and very historic, yet only a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants etc. I got to meet Mandy several times during my stay and I found her to be very warm, welcoming and always helpful if I had any questions. I will most definitely be returning to Mandy's place some time in the future.

Anjas, apartment is conveniently located in the middle (season conditional🙃) of beautiful tulip fields. The beach is only a short drive by car - but also very doable on foot or by bike. For us, the apartment was a very good location to explore the surrounding area and take long walks on the beach. The beach pavilions on the beach are top class. A beautiful stay in a very well maintained place. We felt completely comfortable. Everything is within walking distance and for good restaurants you don't have to walk far. The apartment is stalkingly furnished and you can feel like home.

We are a family with 2 children and were in the apartment for the 2nd time. The location is very central in mountains and on foot within 10 minutes from the center. The apartment is very spacious, clean, very nicely styled and very comfortable. We will definitely book again next time.

This was our favourite ever Air bnb stay anywhere, ever! The apartment is beautiful, stylish and peaceful and had everything we wanted and more. Nick was so helpful and accommodating and responded instantly if we had questions. For us, it was a perfect location as it’s in a very quiet neighbourhood but really easy to get into the centre on the metro. We already know we want to come and stay in this apartment next time we visit Amsterdam!

The apartment matches the photos. We slept three nights, five people, comfortably, in complete tranquility. We didn't use the kitchen but everything looked very tidy, with all the appliances available. A fifteen-minute walk to the train station to downtown. A pleasant walk. A supermarket seven/eight minutes walk, very comfortable and very well-stocked.

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

Hey, So, there were three of us in the accommodation and there was plenty of room. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to questions and helped. The property itself has a great location, right on the sea. In addition, it was very very nice and above all clean and well maintained. There was also no lack of privacy and the balcony also has a very good location, from where you can also look at the sea. For sunsets, the accommodation is also more than perfect. All in all, we are more than satisfied with our stay and would book the accommodation again at any time☀️
