Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

If you like the beach, peace and luxury, then you have come to the right place. This completely renovated detached 4-person vacation home on the North Sea coast is close to the beach. The vacation home is located in Park Elzenhoeve. The house contains 2 double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large open kitchen with many built-in appliances including a dishwasher, a dining table, a bathroom with shower, an indoor shed with a washing machine, a sunny garden with terrace and a shed with bicycles.

Buiten waan je je in een bos aan de rand van de bollenvelden met in de verte uitzicht op de duinen. Binnen in de pipowagen is het sanitair luxe, net als de faciliteiten in de yurt. Het is een plek om te onthaasten, af te zonderen van het drukke leven en te genieten van samenzijn.

Het huis ligt op 5 minuten van het strand.

Cozy, family-friendly vacation home by the North Sea in North Holland between Alkmaar and Den Helder, located in the largest flower bulb area of the Netherlands on the edge of the nature reserves "Het Wildrijk" and "Zwanenwater". Through the dune landscape, it is three kilometers to the long sandy beach with sunbed rental and restaurants. Just outside the park are a Spar, bike rental, cafes, etc. Also in the fall, it is good to relax by the gas stove after a long beach walk.

Unique accommodation in the garden of an old church. The Tiny house is small in size but large in living space! Relax on the terrace or in the forest garden. Dream away in the hot tub (optional €45 first day/€25 next days, will be stoked for you) under the stars and enjoy the silence. Wake up with sunrise and a view over the meadows. Shepherd's hut "De Skooboet", close to the beach

A shepherd's hut that has it all. In a beautiful place on the edge of a farmyard with also unobstructed views. Peace, comfort, a cozy place near the sea. What more could you want for a few special days away? The car is fully insulated and can be used all year round. The private garden is located on a farm ditch. You have a unique panoramic view of the agricultural countryside, with the dunes of Schoorl and Petten on the horizon.

Cozy rural vacation home near beach & dunes

Our two newly built Oersterck vacation homes are quietly located between the bulb fields, only 1 km from the sea, beach and the Schoorlse Duinen. Here you can really relax. Take long beach and forest walks, enjoy the space around the house and relax on your own terrace at the front and back. Each house can accommodate 5 people. Extra relaxing? The wood-fired hot tub can be booked as an additional option (at an extra cost).

Shaving bridge between city and beach

The village of Schagerbrug is located in the Kop van Noord-Holland, in the municipality of Schagen. Around the village you will find an open polder landscape in which you can hike and bike excellently. Not far west of Schagerbrug is a beautiful dune area, the Zwanenwater, in which you can relax well. A beautiful beach walk is of course also possible! A visit to Den Helder or Alkmaar is also one of the options.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Waarland, with Alkmaar, Schagen and Heerhugowaard are within cycling distance. It is a guest house for 4 people, suitable for a family with older children. There is no train station in Waarland, and there are no buses in the evening. Without a car, we may not be the right location. For stays longer than 5 days, a discount is given, but you must provide your own breakfast.
