House was really nice and clean, you will get everything what you need + parking. I liked location, it was quiet and peaceful there. several farms nearby. really liked the children's playground and the unicorn-goat in the animal ground). Special thanks for your patience and help with check-in, as my family and I were traveling from the Czech Republic, our arrival was very late. a very good place for those who want to take a break from the big city

Accurate listing photos and description! The welcome was very warm and above all flexible, just call Gerrit 10 min before you arrive! We were 6 friends and had a nice stay, very short, but enough to enjoy it! The beach is about a 15-minute walk away and the campsite was very very quiet, we didn't hear a sound during the stay. The cabin is one of the most remote without a close neighbor! Amsterdam is just a 30-minute drive away The only downside I can criticize is that it was indicated that there was everything available in the bathroom, unfortunately there was no shower gel, fortunately we had some and there is a supermarket at the entrance of the campsite! We stayed at Chantal's house with our two-year-old daughter and had a great time. The house is very cozy and with everything you need. In the garden you can relax and play. The planes can be heard, but it didn't bother us. We rented bikes and did many nice tours in the area. The staff at the park were also very friendly and there were great play opportunities for our daughter there. Chantal also provides many ideas for excursions. We highly recommend Chantal's house! :)

It is wonderful to enjoy in this cozy house. All is neatly clean and tidy. The beds and bedding are lovely. There are plenty of crockery, etc. Jean Paul is very friendly and gives clear instructions on arrival. The cottage is located on a holiday park where the cottage is quite close together. But due to the layout of the garden with beautiful hedge you won't notice anything inside (or in the garden). Everything feels very private. The surroundings are of course fantastic. Definitely recommended. Who knows, we might come back.

We stayed for a couple of days while visiting Amsterdam and Leiden - it was fantastic for the train and a real quiet cosy little place Kitty was a lovely host, she sent the most comprehensive directions I’ve ever gotten to find the place from the station and was super speedy to respond. Thanks for having us 😊

Quiet homey and cozy cute place that has everything you need. Annette provided things that a traveller would need. The garden is nice to chill with the birds chirping.

If you want to relax and have your peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The campsite is very clean, you have a small supermarket there, the prices are great and there is also a nice restaurant. The reception is also very friendly and helpful! Wanda and Hendrik's house is very clean and very nicely furnished. As in the photos. If you had any questions, Wanda and Hendrik always responded very quickly. It really is a very nice place to relax! We will be back!

My husband and I traveled with our four children, ages 8, 5, 3, and 11 months. This home was a paradise for them. The older kids loved the bunk beds and never had a shortage of toys and games to occupy their time. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the ducks and boats go by, and the cargo bike was so useful. The directions for check in were very clear, but I still don’t recommend doing it after dark. We had a little difficulty finding everything when we arrived. After that it was no problem. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Overall a great stay! Host was very nice and immediately available. The home is just as described. Very clean and beautiful! Everything is fine!

We truly enjoyed having a lovely appartment along the canal and a terrace to enjoy it. Ton is a very friendly and rapidly responding person, who showed us the appartment upon arrival. The appartment is just a few minutes walk from the city centre, lovely restaurants and shops are nearby. Parking in Utrecht is expensive, but Ton showed us the nearest and cheapest at just a 10 minute walk (Vaartse Rijn). We hope to be back!

Great place to stay! The apartment is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal – quiet but close to many attractions and restaurants. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, communication was great. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend the place!

We were there with four adults and felt very comfortable. It was very clean and tidy. We also liked the area. The park was quiet and through the dunes you can walk directly to Paal17 within 20 minutes. We will be happy to come back! :-)

It was our second time at Gerard's place and definetly not the last one ;) the Chalet is modern and very good maintained and has all you need. Gérard is just a great person and a host and really cares about his guests. We felt like at home . Bedankt und auf Wiedersehen!

It was our first stay at this property and arrival, as well as check-in were straightforward and quick. Everything was clean and appropriately furnished. Since we arrived in the low season, everything was very empty and private in our area, which we really liked. The campsite itself is one of the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever experienced. A nice restaurant, a boat and bike rental are included and a great swimming pool with slides and play area. We had a great week and definitely want to come back. I had an amazing time at the cabin. I am a florist and I came from the USA for the flowers and to learn as much as I could about them, the farming, the flower auctions & the marketing and advertising while I was here. I was traveling solo and her cabin is a perfect location for it all and I felt safe there through out my stay. I also loved the fact that I had the quiet woods and farmland surrounding me but could also be at the beach in a blink of an eye! She was an amazing host with the biggest heart and wonderful recommendations. I so wish to come back one day with my daughter. The cabin and The Netherlands have my heart now! :) Thank you for an amazing trip. P.s.- If you plan to stay here, maybe bring a flashlight because the trail in the woods to the cabin can get a little dark at night! ;)

The house in the back of the garden is simply wonderful. Large living room,TV only in Dutch and English, if you absolutely need it, the bathroom with bath and shower, bedroom with very comfortable beds and two small rooms one of which is suitable with bed for adults. Other rooms with bunk bed rather intended for children, but we did not use them. Mosquito nets are available in each window, which is super important because a small stream flows right next to it. In addition, very large garden with plenty of space for any activities. Kitchen fully equipped, also with dishwasher and even tabs. It is also very nicely decorated and the owners pay a lot of attention to nature-friendly behavior, which is also important to us. The car and bicycles are right outside the door. And the best thing is the location - no neighbors far and wide, pure peace and nature! Simply perfect 🤩 Thanks again for everything 🤗

Very loving and furnished with attention to the details. In summer due to the proximity to the beach certainly very attractive, in autumn for very central home base for day trips to The Hague, Amsterdam, etc. Nothing is missing from the equipment. The house is very clean. No shyness from access via Nuki app - easy! We had a pleasant stay!

The cottage is very nice with a nice terrace in front of the open doors. Lots of toys and outdoor toys for younger kids. Our children are 11 and 8 who were a little too old for it. Nice shower, good beds. It was also nice and warm inside. Everything is there, we didn't miss anything. Jurriaan was quick to respond to messages. And very nice that we were allowed to stay longer. It was a great weekend.

This cozy chalet nestled in a family owned campground only minutes from the beach called ‘Ijmuiden aan Zee’ is a real gem! It has everything you need to create a home base & to unwind, get your steps in & swim in The North Sea. The hospitable hosts were able to help us with anything from directions to the nearby bikes paths in the dunes, to bike rentals, with a shop for an array of supplies.
