Accurate listing photos and description! The welcome was very warm and above all flexible, just call Gerrit 10 min before you arrive! We were 6 friends and had a nice stay, very short, but enough to enjoy it! The beach is about a 15-minute walk away and the campsite was very very quiet, we didn't hear a sound during the stay. The cabin is one of the most remote without a close neighbor! Amsterdam is just a 30-minute drive away The only downside I can criticize is that it was indicated that there was everything available in the bathroom, unfortunately there was no shower gel, fortunately we had some and there is a supermarket at the entrance of the campsite! We stayed at Chantal's house with our two-year-old daughter and had a great time. The house is very cozy and with everything you need. In the garden you can relax and play. The planes can be heard, but it didn't bother us. We rented bikes and did many nice tours in the area. The staff at the park were also very friendly and there were great play opportunities for our daughter there. Chantal also provides many ideas for excursions. We highly recommend Chantal's house! :)

Quiet homey and cozy cute place that has everything you need. Annette provided things that a traveller would need. The garden is nice to chill with the birds chirping.

The chalet was exactly what we wanted, we had a wonderful week in the dunes and by the sea. All imaginable weather types came by, from very hot to storm and rain - all equally beautiful. The chalet itself is cute and pleasant, with a great kitchenette and nice beds. It is a campsite, so sanitary facilities are in a shared toilet building, but very close and perfectly clean.

The house in the back of the garden is simply wonderful. Large living room,TV only in Dutch and English, if you absolutely need it, the bathroom with bath and shower, bedroom with very comfortable beds and two small rooms one of which is suitable with bed for adults. Other rooms with bunk bed rather intended for children, but we did not use them. Mosquito nets are available in each window, which is super important because a small stream flows right next to it. In addition, very large garden with plenty of space for any activities. Kitchen fully equipped, also with dishwasher and even tabs. It is also very nicely decorated and the owners pay a lot of attention to nature-friendly behavior, which is also important to us. The car and bicycles are right outside the door. And the best thing is the location - no neighbors far and wide, pure peace and nature! Simply perfect 🤩 Thanks again for everything 🤗

The chalet is very privately located on the campsite. It is a nice thing that you can do activities on the campsite, such as the swimming pool, play paradise and restaurant with terrace. And next door can relax and chill in the chalet. For children, there is a lot of fun to do in the area, such as the sea aquarium, the climbing dune, the beach of course and the land of velvet is also highly recommended. Furthermore, it was nice that the chalet had a Chromecast, so the children could watch videos when needed. We also barbecued, which was also nice.

We (2 couples) were over the turn of the year in Chalet 226, which is almost directly on the Ijsselmeer. In about 30 minutes of leisurely walking you can reach the center of Enkhuizen, a pretty Dutch harbor town with cafes, restaurants and shops. The amenities of the vacation home correspond exactly to the listing details and photos. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and pots/pans. The vacation home is very clean and nicely furnished. We can fully recommend Chalet 226 and would be happy to come back. Sigrid responded to messages super quickly and recommended a BBQ, among other things, which we ordered online in advance at "Europarks Enkhuizen Strand." Plenty of meat, various delicious salads, sauces, baguettes and a gas grill with gas bottle and grill tongs were delivered directly to the vacation home on New Year's Eve. We can only recommend this service (and the bread service).

If you want to relax and have your peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The campsite is very clean, you have a small supermarket there, the prices are great and there is also a nice restaurant. The reception is also very friendly and helpful! Wanda and Hendrik's house is very clean and very nicely furnished. As in the photos. If you had any questions, Wanda and Hendrik always responded very quickly. It really is a very nice place to relax! We will be back!

It was a super nice stay. The furnishings of the villa are very tasteful and very very nice. The view is priceless. We felt very comfortable.

We spent a week with our two dogs in this great cottage and the at least equally beautiful surroundings. We met Tinda in person upon our arrival. She is a very sweet person 😊 There were both "treats" for us and for the dogs. We found the bed very comfortable and it was wonderfully quiet in this place. We made great excursions in the area. My personal highlight and one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had was the "cuddling lamb" on Texel 😍 The beaches are also just a dream and our dogs had a wonderful time there!

We had a lovely stay at the accommodation which is in a good location, close to the sea, amenities. A beautiful little corner of the country to discover. Our host was responsive and gave us clear instructions for check-in, which we found without any problems. The accommodation is well equipped.

I felt reminded of the former Dutch home decor, with no compromises in comfort, small, bright with lots of windows, and uncluttered. The host parents were accommodating and helpful. It was just beautiful. Regards. Jürgen

We were with two families (4 adults and 3 smaller children) in Vreny's and Bart's house. We felt very comfortable and were grateful for many small things such as a crib or a stair gate, which are not self-evident. Kitchen was also superbly equipped. The rooms are rather small, which was very convenient for our room layout. You can hear the train and planes in the distance, but it was never so loud that it bothered us. Our children found watching the train on the way to the playground or supermarket rather exciting (and were probably often louder themselves...). Since we were there in the summer and usually had good weather, we were often on the beach. By car, finding a parking space can be difficult. If you have a bike, you should definitely take it with you and use it. Otherwise, we liked to use the garden and barbecued there. We would gladly come back. Kelly's chalet is a lovely place to spend the night. For me as a hiker, it is so nice to have a good shower and a nice bed after a long walk. And this is definitely this chalet. But the living room and kitchen were also nice and spacious. Everything was nice and clean and nice was that I could rent the bedding at the campsite so I didn't have to bring that in my backpack. What also stood out to me was the huge silence on the campsite, I had the idea that I was alone at the campsite. Really nice.

We had a great stay at the beach with our children (5&7). In both rain and sun, we felt very comfortable in the beach hut. The children liked to play behind the house on the dunes, where it was nice and warm and protected even with a lot of wind. The sea was so close that we made short trips to the water again and again, even if it was very fresh for longer swimming in the North Sea. With a large midday heat, the children could play under the cabin in the shade in the play kitchen. For my husband and I there were plenty of sunny and shaded places and we were able to relax for super hours. Ideal spot for kiters in wind - you don't have to drag the material far and there is parking for residents right behind the dunes. You have to be aware that, as with camping, you use public toilets (and shower). The way there is only short from the cottage.

We had a wonderful week as a family with teen and dog in nice weather in Makkum. With the tasteful furnishings, the beautiful colors of the house and the nice garden with terrace, we all felt very comfortable right away. The campsite also met us with its good infrastructure and beautiful location. With the house you were in the middle of it and yet private. Fleur was always easily accessible and very nice in communication! The restaurant tips were great too! Thanks for the nice time, we will be happy to come back!

The chalet met our expectations. It is located above and belonging to one of the oldest and most beautiful hotels in the village: modern shower, good bed with firm mattress, the kitchen is also functionally equipped. A very solid place to stay. If you have any questions, someone is always available. As a dog owner, we liked the location very much. The dune, where all dog owners felt like they did their morning and evening laps with the four-legged friend, is right across the street from the hotel/ chalet. Dogs are welcome everywhere. The beach is 100 meters away You can walk to the Spar supermarket in the morning in 10 minutes. We will be happy to come back.

Fantastic Stay in a Cozy Beach Cottage.. After a long drive we were warmly welcomed. For the kids, there was a bag of chips and ranja ready, which they could really use after the trip. Very sweet! The cottage is very neat and nicely decorated, really a wonderful place. The beach is nearby and there are also many other beaches nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
