I spend a whole month, together with my dog, in this lovely serene place to write. Vezelay and its surroundings inspired me enormous and help me to unlock my creativity. The. house is cosy and has a wood stove that is so romantic. At sunny days I could use a little patio to sit in the sun. Philippe and Francois really welcomed me into their live and shared tips, friends, stories and food with me. They really took good care of me, making sure I had enough wood pellets for the wood stove. An experience I will treasure for life. Esther

We felt really comfortable in the beautiful house and enjoyed the stay very much. The kitchen invites you to work and particularly pleased my sister. We take cultural, as well as scenic, unforgettable impressions and moods from the surrounding area and will be happy to come back.

Children's paradise.

It felt like coming home. The house is not super-de-luxe modern, but it is spacious and offers coziness and holiday feeling and is tailored to accommodate smaller children. Our children and grandchildren immediately found their place. The house is beautiful and very quietly located in nature. We were lucky enough to have the weather pretty good, so the grandchildren could romp to their heart's content in the large garden. The river that runs through the garden also attracted like a magnet. We were even able to eat outside on the terrace once in the evening, this in the month of April. If it were possible, we would repeat such a stay, now with our son's family, who could not be there because of the distance ( and because of the limit in number)

Very nice accommodation on the same property as the owners. Very clean and tidy. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. there is a staircase to go to the bedrooms in a row. the setting is natural and relaxing. I highly recommend

This place is wonderful! The pictures really don’t do it justice. The pool is fabulous and the peace and quiet and the views make it the perfect spot for a relaxing break. The bedrooms were all generous sizes. The place is very rural (great for walks and runs) but that adds to its charm.

Spacious house, with queen beds which is very comfortable when we are used to 180. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining room also, large garden with swing much appreciated by our children. The location is a good point too. The accommodation is impeccable and quiet. Everything is done to make the stay enjoyable, Marie Christine and her husband are very nice and considerate. The house is quiet with cows just across the street and there are plenty of activities to do around (Bibracte, Diverti'Parc) it's great
