The Darling North Sanctuary

This two bedroom two bath house is close to everything! One mile away from the hospital and two miles from Downtown Silver City. Enjoy quiet mornings on the back porch and evening sunsets from the front porch. Visit our downtown district with local shops, restaurants, and art galleries or go hiking and biking in our historic P.A. area, a great day filled with adventures in the pines! High speed internet, 70" tv for the living area, pet friendly, well equipped kitchen, and a jacuzzi for four!

Our tiny home of 220 sq. ft., meets your basic needs, with multiple inviting outdoor seating areas. There is the deck for seeing distance views. The patio with a table and chairs to eat outdoors. And the special secluded area tucked in the oak and juniper trees on the lower terrace. This brand new tiny home studio has it all including a well stocked full kitchen and bath, with two twin beds in a peaceful neighborhood close to the university (1 mi.), downtown 1.5 mi.), and the hospital (3 mi.).

The historic Walton Apts is a Registered National Landmark that was built in the 1930s by Architect Guy L. Frazer for the Nursing students at WNMU just across the street on College Avenue. Apartment 2 is a fully-furnished one bedroom, full bath, eat-in kitchen, living room and two large closet units with high-speed WiFi internet and cable on two roku-equipped TVs The heat is central via original steam radiators. Two Arrows is between 2 peaceful no wake lakes and many trails for hiking, bicycling and ATV . The Lodge is set on an acre for you and your family to enjoy with a grill, fire pit and outside activities. There are miles of ATV trails with access right from the property!!
