Gayet güzel bir konaklamaydı. Fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi ve temizdi. Dışarıda inşaat çalışması olduğundan dolayı ses vardı. Onun dışında bir sorun yoktu.

Fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi güzel ve temiz bir yerdi. Havuz çok iyiydi yeterli büyüklükte bir havuzu vardı. Bahçesi büyük ve meyvalarla doluydu. Ormanlığın içinde kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla güzelce konaklayıp eğlenebileceğimiz bir villa. Esra hanım ve Ferhat bey gerekli bilgilendirmeyi sağlayıp çok yardımcı oldular teşekkür ederim.

Ev tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Hava çok soğuk olmasına rağmen evin ısınması ile ilgili hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Bebek beşiğine kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederim 🙏 Hiçbir konuda eksiklik yaşamadık her şey düşünülmüştü. Evin manzarası zaten mükemmel. Gece sessizlikte kuş cıvıltılarını dinlemek harikaydı. Şehirden çok uzakta gibi hissettiriyor ama alışveriş yapabileceğiniz yerler 2 dk lık mesafede bu da ekstra kolaylık sağlıyor. Çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz

Giorgio’s place was prefect for our family on our visit to Istanbul. The team hosting us was great - very good communication and always responsive. Their hospitality and generosity were greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Istanbul. The location was very good with restaurants and parks nearby. The amenities in the house were also perfect with everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this house for making great memories in Istanbul. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Ömür Bey gayet ilgiliydi. Hatta bahçede mangal olduğunu kullanabileceğimizi de söyledi. Konaklamamızın ikinci günü mangal dahi yaptık. 3 aylık bebeğimle gittik. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.

Çok tatlı bir çiftin doğa içerisinde oluşturduğu huzur dolu bir alan. Hele o Karamel yok mu, o Karamel! Burnumuzda tütüyor 🥹 Her sabah pıtır pıtır kendisini sevdirmeye gelen, geceleri ateş başında otururken siz korkmayın diye tüm korumacılığıyla usul usul yanınıza kıvrılan bir sevgi yumağı kendisi 😍 Ah bi de o mırıl mırıl kedişler; terapi gibi 🫠 Özetle bu kadar sevgi dolu evlatlar yetiştirmiş bir ev sahibi nasıl kötü olabilir? Anlayacağınız, eğer burada konaklamayı tercih ederseniz sizi, sizlerle aynı bahçede tüm güler yüzüyle bir çift karşılayacak. Bu nedenle güvenlik kaygınız olmasın, tek başınıza bile biraz doğada inziva istiyorum düşüncesiyle tercih edebileceğiniz bir lokasyon. Aynı bahçede kalıyor olmak akıllarda mahremiyet kaygısı oluşturabilir fakat sizler talep etmediğiniz sürece “şöyle yapsak rahatsız olurlar mı” diye bir adım sonrasını düşünen insanlar Fatoş Hanımlar 😇 Aynı zamanda her düşünce ve var oluşa oldukça saygılı insanlar 🌈 Bonus: Fatoş Hanım’ın Harika Kurabiye

Great host and a lovely guy, lovely place to stay also!!

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Прекрасное расположение. Вид на мраморное море. Отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи. Транспортная доступность достаточно хороша. На метро можно попасть в любую точку Стамбула. Спасибо уважаемый Orbay, что позволили нам остаться после времени выселения и дождаться самолета!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment. We also found the location very convenient and the host very responsive. Would stay at this apartment again.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

Nice location, nice view and cute interior. The place is a lot more spacious than what I expected. A very comfortable stay in general.

Our stay was very delightful,Volkan communicated in a very effective manner. He responded promptly to our needs. We enjoy the location, the accommodation and the host attitude, totally recommend the place.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.
