Comfortable villa by the sea with greens

It is a twin villa . You can have a barbecue in the garden and have a pleasant time by the fireplace. There is internet and Netflix. You can take long walks by the sea 60 meters away. The kitchen of our villa is equipped with modern white goods and has all the equipment for cooking. The pool is a shared pool of two twin villas and serves during the summer season. Sunbeds and parasols on the beach are only set with the decision of the site in the summer. No shoes or smoking inside the house.

With the garden and patio facing the sea, the garden and patio, 2 bedrooms and 1 living room and kitchen bathroom will be private only for you. These areas are never shared. The biggest FAIR center of Istanbul is only 10 minutes by car. 6-7 km to Büyükçekmece beach. The sea view is very close and clear from the house, which is 200 meters away. We preferred this villa during the semester holiday with our 2 children. We had a barbecue while the girls were playing in the garden. We visited the Belgrade forest and the Ataturk Arboretum. It was very close to the car. It was also easy to get to the Bosphorus and visit the beach. In addition, we preferred a detached house because it was in the Istanbul earthquake area and stayed very safely. The host was caring, but we never had to look for anything in the house. It was also a plus that there were 3 bedrooms and parking in the house.

Very nice house in the middle of the turkish culture. We enjoyed our stay. The host is speaking English and was providing all necessary information. There is all necessary for the kitchen, washing and everything! The terrace is amazing. The people around are very friendly and helpful. Our kids was playing with the neighbors kids and it was amazing for all of them. The trucks with fruits and vegetables, corn, some pastries are passing almost every day and you can find all you need in the nearby stores. There are also supermarkets in 5-10 min by car. We enjoyed the sea and the mountains. This was a really emersion in the turkish culture. Thank you a lot for this holidays 🙏

It was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—very walkable and conveniently situated with easy access from the main square. It was a great base for exploring the island. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. Firstly, the absence of air conditioning made the nights a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. Additionally, being close to the mosque meant that the morning prayers could be quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep in. Despite these minor inconveniences, I enjoyed my time there and would recommend it for those looking for a charming spot in a great location.

The house is very comfortable. It is located in a not very nice but safe area, close to the center (15 minutes walk) and 100 meters from the train station that reaches the center. The house is divided into 3 levels. The rooms are very large and comfortable. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Unbeatable value. Mr. Mert is a very caring and understanding host, we did not have any problems at all.🙏🏻 The interior of the house, the view, the location, everything was very nice. Very close to everything and the house was very clean. We wanted to leave the house later than our checkout time the next day, Mr. Mert did not turn down our request, he was always in contact with us and asked if we needed anything. In addition, the house is located, you can go to very nice places close to everywhere, but the terrace of the house is so beautiful that you want to enjoy the view there. We had a family reunion at this place, stayed one week. This villa is much better than what you see in the pictures. Host was so friendly and responsive. We met Mesut and his lovely wife, they kindly helped us to find attractive areas and answered all our questions and needs so patiently. The house itself with beautiful and large balcony is fantastic. The large balcony with beautiful view is so quiet and best place for social gathering while each family had their own and private floor. Bedrooms are separated in each floor and rooms have view and character. We loved the house and will come back in future💗Thanks Mesut for making this vacation so special and unique for us. We made great memories in Istanbul! I highly recommend this place! Zara

Had an amazing time at villa Bay! The house is exactly like the pictures - super comfy and well-equipped. Waking up to those stunning hillside views every morning was a real treat. We spent a lot of time at the BBQ area, which quickly became our favorite hangout spot. Renting a car is recommended, taxis were also easy to get. Interestingly, a couple of friendly cats visited us, looking for some food - it was a cute addition to our stay and added to the charm. If you’re looking for the best beaches, Omar has got you covered with a handy guide to all the spots nearby - so helpful! The closest beach is 10 minutes of walking. Overall, the villa was spacious, had reliable internet, and was just a perfect getaway spot. Omar was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thanks, Omar, for a fantastic holiday!
