We really loved this holiday house - the view was brilliant and the house had everything we needed.

We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 8. We enjoyed the house, activities in the park and the little lake. The house was very comfortable and modern. Perfect stay for 2 families.

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

The absolute highlight is the wellness area with pool, sauna and solarium under absolute privacy. The 2 hours agreed daily for the benefit of this area are completely sufficient. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the A7, so it is also very easy to reach. However, the noise of the A7 is audible, with the infinite bird concert from all corners covering this noise. When the door and windows are closed, you don't hear it, so it doesn't bother sleep. Wifi comes from the main building and is relatively weak. There's another guest wifi, as seen on Airbnb, but it's not working. I couldn't understand why the wifi distributor in the bedroom should serve. The phone number on Airbnb is not working Communication via text is flawless. Response in seconds and always positive. I wouldn't call the appartment dirty. However, a thorough cleaning in corners and edges seems long overdue.

Highly recommend nice place in quiet location and great excursions. Ideal for an extended weekend, garden and terrace nice and large, the kitchen a little too small if you are a guest with 6 people but all other rooms are spacious. Also a highlight of course the hot tube :D

The house was beautifully designed and immaculately clean and the setting very peaceful and private. You will never be short of a plate or mug as there was more crockery than we have ever seen in a rental before! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space so we never felt on top of each other. The pool was really large for a private rental, well maintained and popular with everyone (teenagers through to a grandparent). The housekeeper and caretaker were both very welcoming and responded very quickly to any query or request. Supermarkets are within a few minutes drive in either direction and Point Alpha is also relatively nearby and worth a visit.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

The accommodation corresponds to the description and Désirée was always available for questions and has communicated everything necessary and helpful in advance. The house is tastefully and lovingly furnished, we felt comfortable 😊

A really nice house and totally comfortably furnished. Our kids didn't want to go home anymore. What I did not quite understand in the description, it is 2 bedrooms not 3. What was super fine for us, the children would have slept in a room anyway.

Great apartment, friendly proactive approach with useful hints and tips, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, great comfortable king-size bed, no carpet (suitable for allergy sufferers). The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

Roswitha has responded flexibly and spontaneously to requests from us. She was always friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very large, spacious and corresponded to the pictures.

everything is great were there with 5 children. the bedrooms are nice and big

We were in the house for the weekend and were positively surprised. Everything was clean, even a sweet welcome card had been there. Bottles of water and apple juice were ready for us. The hostess puts in a lot of effort and you can immediately feel how much love she puts into it. We have now been there with 12 people and we can say that we will come back there because we as a group liked it so much. This house is also something for families because there are enough toys for the little ones, a super large trampoline, even a sandbox. I highly recommend this place

Really great cottage with a beautiful garden and fantastic views. My kids and I had a great time. We were able to barbecue, have campfires and take leisurely walks. The kids played outside all day and I relaxed on the terrace. A big plus is the fireplace and the very comfortable beds. Andreas was accessible throughout and responded quickly. A very nice landlord.

We were very pleased with the place - super cozy and everything you need is available. I highly recommend this place.
