Romantic oasis surrounded by meadows and forests. Beautiful hiking/biking trails start right by the house. There is a great covered grill with a fireplace. The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A table tennis table, a foosball table and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in all kinds of weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen has everything you need. Outside the holidays, we can usually extend the check-in/out.

The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

Very great location right by the river with jetty and boat. Cozy outdoor seating areas. The apartment is very stylishly furnished, great rooms with wooden floors and partly glazed timber framing overlooking the river and nature. The kitchen is great and well-equipped. The sauna and the wood-burning stove were a delight on the cool evenings and in the beds you sleep very well. We had plenty of room for 5 people.

Very cozy accommodation, 4-minute walk to the Silbersee. Super parking, garden, barbecue, deck chairs, swing and outdoor children's toys provided. The kitchen is well equipped. The only drawback for people with small children is that the house is bright, you can hear the wood creaking when you walk around on the upper floor. The Wi-Fi is very weak and you hardly have any network there, not tragic but a bit annoying for planning excursions, home office would not be possible. Otherwise great accommodation, offers a lot in the nearby area. Every space in the house was used sensibly, so that 6 people have enough space. We would come back.

We spent two nights here with our family of five and our dog. Everything was clean, well-maintained and as described in the pictures and text. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Everything was great! Absolutely recommended!

We felt completely comfortable with Monika! A very nice well-kept house. Everything you needed was there. We didn't get bored either, We were also able to make good use of the many board games, as we unfortunately had no luck with the weather. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is much nicer than the photos can show! Fantastic! Super equipped, EVERY detail has been thought of! Great documentation about the apartment and the surroundings (hiking!). Good access to hiking trails, right behind the house is the beautiful area! Short walk to the old town (a bit steep, but if you are fit, you can take it as a fitness workout!). Christian and Anja are super nice and helpful, greeted us personally, live downstairs in the house, are accessible, but leave you full privacy. However, there is also a key safe if the arrival is inconvenient. Just leave the keys in the apartment when you leave. The area is really nicely laid out, holidays in Germany, great! The brand new suspension bridge, Kneipp basin barefoot paths, forest bathrooms, the ball tracks, also for the young at heart, made it easy to have fun! For families with children, too. We - 3 hiking-loving friends - will definitely be back, no matter what time of year!
