Best place to stay the night if you plan to go to Mapanuepe Lake. Quiet neighborhood, house is very spacious, very clean, the fabric smells good, complete utensils and cookware. 11/10 would recommend.

It was a great and seamless stay, Florence was so nice and responsive in all of my questions. Caretaker Joseph was always there and helpful. Place is huge enough for all of us, everything we needed was available. We did enjoy our stay at Casa Amianan!!

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

Place was clean and nice. The full kitchen and grill were very useful, given that there are no much restaurants in the area. Sir Alain was very responsive and Ms. Rhea (the housekeeper) were very helpful. The locals on the street were also very welcoming and accommodating. Only problem we had was the AC not cooling up the house for some periods of time. Overall, the stay was great.

Arvi & Erick were incredible hosts and extremely accommodating when our flight landed early. The property is absolutely beautiful with so much charm that far exceeds the photos. The beds were comfortable for our family of 8. We also had a great time with the karaoke bar! The location is great if you have transportation. There were a bit of stairs or incline, but it doesn't take away from the stunning views. Highly recommend and would love to rebook here in the future.

the place was well thought out and designed beautifully. We had an issue with the AC on our first day and our host transferred us to their larger casita as soon as we told them. The beach is a few minutes away from the Casita, but you have an option to be shuttled to and fro by the caretakers. We all had a great time! thank you!

Ani’s home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Most importantly, it was well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay even more wonderful. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. We all had a fun and comfortable stay here. :) Bataan’s beaches are kid-friendly and we loved that we booked the perfect place for our much-needed break.
