Monthly Rentals in Signal Hill

The perfect setup for my needs: the location was just a 3-minute drive & a 10-minute walk up the hill to my cousin's house and the place offered everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable. Mark has thought of every fine detail, down to the toothpicks :) Really well done... great host. Just two suggestions for Mark: Keyless Combination Door Lock and a slightly wider parking garage if possible.

Annelise goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, providing local tips, recommendations, she is responsive, communicative. Promptly attends to all guests needs throughout the stay.

This was my forth stay at one of Ashkan’s homes ✨ I’ll continue to book so long as it’s available & I’m in this area. Always a great experience. My go-to in Long Beach! Great host, great stays.

Great place to base to explore the area. House is well equipped with everything you need. Beds really comfortable. We loved our stay.
