Andre's place was about a 20 minute walk to most of the popular places to see and if needed, the bus and Metro were just up the street a few blocks. It is in the heart of the Sunday El Rastro Market. There is a grocery just around the corner and, as everywhere in Spain, restaurants galore along the way. We were given thorough instructions at check-in including the washing machine, which was an easy one to use. There was plenty of space of all six of us.

There is a lot to be said about this beautiful house but if I would have to say one thing, I would say that you are very lucky to have found it and do not miss the opportunity. The house is 5 minutes' walk to the Cathedral. It has a lot of character in its details. More than a house, it's like a mansion. On the ground floor, the private garage, you can park the car safely. The first floor is a giant room, right away the children (and my husband) get excited when watching the billiards! It's amazing! The decor counts a lot of Antonio's travel adventures - even some Chinese paintings and a boat mock-up. On the same floor is also the kitchen and terrace with BBQ, table and hammock. On the second floor there are two rooms. The wedding one is giant with a luxury dressing room, so big that I get lost. There is even a high chair. Kids love the hot tub and I love the elliptical bike. What pure luxury. Thank you very much Antonio!!

We had a great time with the family. La Villa de Bella is ideal, with all the possible comforts, from the comfortable sofas where you can enjoy a good nap, a large porch where we spent some time playing as a family, we loved the thoughtfulness of the board games, a beautiful garden where you can have breakfast quietly and lie in the sun and cool off in the pool, a luxury. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. Rubén and Montse were perfect hosts, a 10, very close and always ready to help. Congratulations, you have a very beautiful house. Thanks for letting us enjoy it.

We are a family of 5 and this was our first stay in Madrid. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the Pablo was very pro-active in explaining everything that we needed to do. In fact, we responded immediately to every query we had. The apartment was spotless and had all the appliances needed for short break away - the hot tub was an added bonus! The location is perfect - great for shopping, restaurants, bars and everything was in walking distance! I would definitely recommend!

Everything was great, Dionisio responded quickly and was willing to help. The only catch was that the cleaning team didn't leave enough blankets for everyone, and even so, the HostKey team handled the situation right away.

A cute apartment, which very comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids. It has literally everything one might need for a stay. The location is perfect, a walking distance from Tirso de Molina and La Latina metro stations. The check-in instructions were very clear. Even though the check-out is set for 11 am, it was possible to keep our luggage in the apartment until later hour. The communication with the owner was very pleasant. When we had minor issues which had to be resolved, the owner was always available and was super helpful with anything we needed.

Great place to stop on our short visit to Madrid as the area had plenty of restaurants, access to Metro and the apartment accommodated three of us very well was very clean and tidy with everything we needed.

A light-filled corner of the living area features a large arched window offering views of greenery outside. A cozy seating arrangement includes a sofa adorned with decorative pillows, complemented by a low wooden cabinet beneath the window and a decorative plant nearby.

Comfortable accommodation and attentive staff. Practically premiere. It's great to have a gym and a central garden where to hang out. It is located in a business area but a 15 minute walk to the center of Alcobendas. Although during working hours it can be difficult to find parking (although we always find it) they have their own parking. We'll be back for sure on our visits to Madrid.
