A few recommendations to make the location even better. Include wash rags. Larger coffee pot for larger groups. Have ice trays in refrigerator. Include hair dryers in all bathrooms. Have larger supply of paper towels and toilet paper for larger groups. Put handles on both sides of the steps leading to sidewalk. Because of humidity, some of the bathrooms need attention. A fresh coat of paint is in order for the walls. These are minor details that will improve the location, even better. Overall, we had a great time.

From the first moment we could notice the guest's proximity with direct and accurate communication both at check-in time, during the stay and for the day of departure. The home is spacious for several people and although it is available on 2 floors, everything is internally accessible by the staircase or going out to the common area of the building. The neighborhood is quiet and you can't hear annoying noises and you can walk to the most central areas of leisure and restoration arriving in just a few minutes. Nearby there are all kinds of services to buy or any other need, although the only problem is recently they have implanted the blue parking area through the surrounding streets and touch look for parking in an area free of charge in case of arriving and wanting to forget about the car several days. For everything described in the case of having to return to Alcalá de Henares, we will definitely visit this house again.

The apartment was very nice. It had a bus stop very close, which made it much easier to get to the center in a short time. In addition, Olga responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very flexible with the arrival and departure times, which made things much easier for us.

It was my first experience with Airbnb and the truth is that it surprised us in a good way. I traveled with my wife and daughter and we really loved the service received and the closeness he showed. I recommend it 100% not only for the host and the accommodation itself, but also because it is a quiet area and close to the subway to go downtown (about a 10-minute walk). It is ideal for families with children as there are parks nearby and in the building itself. We will definitely stay here again if it's available the next time we go.

Everything as described

Probably the best thought-out Airbnb I've been to so far (from the detailed guidebook for guests over a huge range of bathroom accessories to the luminescent stickers on light switches). Easy and personal check-in and communication. Very quiet since it's facing inside the building. Hosts right next door, so easy to contact when needed.

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!

Good, modern appartment. Two smaller bedroom in first (entrance) floor, and another study + suite in lower floor. Lovely view to park. Big windows in living-room provide a spacious feeling. Kitchen fully equipped, as is all else. There is an appartment above, which does allow resonance when excessive movements/steps above. All is all, this appartment is an excellent choice when seeking a stay in Majadahonda or near Madrid (15 minutes away).

We had an amazing time staying at Valeria’s place in Majadahonda. The location for us was ideal to be near several family members, and also in walking distance of the C10 train into Madrid. My family was extremely grateful for the extra towels, spacious bedrooms, tankless water heater, fast WiFi, and ample kitchen amenities. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and my children felt right at home. Thank you Valeria!!!

The apartment is even better than the description, the comfortable beds, comfortable sofas, noises, the temperature of the house with 37 on the amazing street without the need for aa. There was no shortage of details, the three new bathrooms and especially if you're going with people with very limited mobility, it's super comfortable to have the bathroom and the room adapted, spacious spaces for the wheelchair... The development in a very quiet and beautiful place, and the pool is great too...we hope to be able to repeat

Great location, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Not luxury, but reasonable specification throughout. A little damp and gloomy, with some disturbing street noise, but overall a good experience and would stay again.

We arrived a little before check-in time and the host made it easy for us to settle in. The house is perfect for a large group to have everything you need. It was very important to us that each family unit had a full bathroom. We were all able to park in the garage of the house, which was appreciated because although there is parking in the surrounding area, it was much more convenient to unload luggage and so on. The house is very spacious and that has allowed us to share the space both outside and inside with all the comfort. It was a very pleasant stay for the group.

Cute small house on the outskirts of Madrid. Was overall a very nice place. All amenities were there. Recommended if you are driving as it has easy parking compared to the city center.
