A very well located and bright apartment. Very quiet and central area, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 3 minutes from the area with bars, restaurants, shops... with parking areas nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. A/C and heating, WiFi, etc. It is on the first floor and the terrace is at the top. Great accommodation, great location and GREAT host. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. The property is as described in the listing, which is perfect, but what you don't see is the extra details that Miriam adds to make the stay more practical and comfortable. The location is great, a five minute walk to the beach in one direction and to the restaurants in the other; a small convenience shop is a further couple of minutes past the restaurants. Marbella Centre is a 15 minute drive away. Miriam was a great host, very communicative by text prior to arrival and extremely friendly and helpful when she met us in person on the day; she also went out of her way to come and say goodbye before we departed. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area. Muchas Gracias Miriam. 🙂

This was a great place to stay in Cadiz. Mariano was an outstanding host. It's an older place and shows a bit of wear, but it was clean and well appointed. The thing that made it amazing was the access to the beach, plus the great view from the sun room!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully organized, and clearly well taken care of. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged, making it a very comfortable and welcoming space. One of the best parts was the location just a short walk to the train station and close to everything I needed: restaurants, shops, and tour bus stop the apartment was incredibly quiet. I slept soundly without any disturbances, which really speaks to how well-insulated and peaceful the space is. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and calm place to stay!

José’s place is great! I would definitely come back. I stayed there with my family, including my 7months old baby. Very well equipped for a baby - and her bed was made upon arrival :) There were more than enough clean towels and sheets. My aunt slept on the couch and it didn’t feel crammed as there are 2 couches. The location is great - right on the water and very quiet. We visited a couple pf places on the costa del sol and Fuengirola was our favorite. It was also easy to find free parking on the street.

The place was clean, tidy and cozy, just as pictured. In the living room it smelled slightly of cigarette smoke, but we got it under control with a room spray and a scented candle. The apartment is in a quiet location and there is everything you need for daily use (and beyond). A big bonus is the terrace and private garden overlooking Fuengirola, the mountains and the sea. In addition, we had daily visits from the neighboring cat, which we personally loved as animal lovers. Communication with Sergio and his team was flawless and professional. They were present and proactive. Thank you!

A very cozy apartment with everything you could possibly need for a holiday stay. Even umbrellas to lend. Short distance to restaurants, and bus to Malaga city center only 300 meters away. There is no terrace here, but with the beach 300 meters away, it was not something we missed. Charming Benalmadena Pueblo with all its eateries is a 30-40 minute walk away (a bit steep). There is also a bus to beautiful Mijas. Very nice host who responded quickly. Definitely recommend.

An amazing stay in a really beautiful location! All went very well and the apartment was truly great and catered for all our needs and then some more! The whole welcome and detailed information sent across was so useful and really assisted over the week we were on the ground there!! Geoffrey and Abigail were always reachable and quick to respond on any queries we had. Spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities you could possibly need. Garden is a sun trap with an awning for when it is does get a little too hot. Great location in a quiet residential area with access to a large outdoor private pool. Quick access to the beach with the recently completed boardwalk for strolls. Nearby access to the A7 and so a good base for exploring.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay! This apartment was fantastic for our family of three. The well-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, comfortable beds, and relaxing living spaces (we especially loved the patio and the unique window in the shower!) made it feel like home. The location was truly magical. Stepping outside the courtyard, we were immediately immersed in the vibrant life of Sevilla with its nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. The sounds of distant church bells and flamenco practice were charming, and the springtime fragrance of orange blossoms and jasmine near the cathedral was unforgettable. We absolutely hope to stay here again on our next visit!
