Vacation rentals with beach access in Shrivardhan

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this stunning apartment, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. Perched on a serene hill, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean that are simply unforgettable and apartment is very clean.

This place offers breathtaking views from the balcony and one of the bedrooms. The serene and tranquil surroundings contribute to a peaceful ambiance. Rahul, the host, was exceptionally responsive via text messages, as was the local caretaker. The caretaker can prepare delicious homemade meals that are truly delectable. Only thing to note is that there is absolutely no mobile network in the area(We had Jio) but there is fairly fast WiFi on the premises. All in all, I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Overall stay was good

It was an excellent deal for the price. The stay was wonderful, and the view of the beach from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and pleasant. The caretaker was very kind, polite, and responsive, answering all our questions patiently. Overall, it was a great experience.

The villa in itself is beautiful and the location is just perfect with the quiet one expects in a place like this. For some though, the pool hygiene could be improved. Also the floor remains wet all along. We need more foot mats around the pool and into the rooms and washrooms. The mats don't do justice. Sometimes the floor was slippery. And the electricity is a huge issue there. Although the property has enough backup with inverter that even supports multiple A/Cs. The caretakers on the premise were super helpful and took good care of us. Food options are fairly limited. What we loved was the quiet and peace and the location. We'd most certainly go back. Do keep the above points before/while planning a weekend at Harman House.

Loved the stay.

Very clean and spacious!! 10 mins away from beach in a peaceful neighbourhood. Few good restaurants are also nearby. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities. Kitchen had all the utensils and few basic things needed for making tea coffee were provided. Caretaker and the host were very co-operative. It was a pleasant stay!!

We booked this cozy home for 3 days but had to leave early due to extreme weather. The house has a rustic charm and gives an authentic village feel. Don’t expect 4-5 star amenities, but everything provided is sufficient for a comfortable stay. The room has private access, so privacy is well maintained. There’s also covered parking, and the beach is just a 10–15 minute walk away. Abhijeet’s parents are wonderful hosts — warm, helpful, and made us feel at home. The peaceful surroundings and simplicity of village life make it a great spot to disconnect and unwind. Even though our stay was short, we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, chirping birds, and greenery all around. Ideal for anyone looking to relax and take a break from the busy city life. Would love to return in better weather!

We, a group of 3 families with 4 kids of different sizes had great fun at this place. Rooms are really large with large beds in them. Bathrooms were clean and everything was functioning as they should. Pool was clean. Kids enjoyed a lot in the pool and the lawn. Food was great. We ate to out heart's content and ended up paying approx 1000/person for all meals throughout the day. If you have kids, especially small ones, don't go for the package.

It was a wonderful stay at Annapurna Beach House. We went there with my family and everyone appreciated the ambience, cleanliness and the attentive service from the staff. The icing on the cake was the exclusive access to Nandgaon Beach. The only suggestion would be to install a shower inside the bathroom. The rest is absolutely breathtaking, and looks exactly like the photos. We had the privilege to be the first ever guests at this beach house, and it was very well worth it. Thank you again to Ankita for the smooth communication along with the services of the staff viz. Anita and Babu, who were present at the stay for our help. We look forward to staying there again in the future as well. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy the best beach stay you can imagine in this part of Maharashtra.

Shubham is an excellent host and made sure we were comfortable. We went in peak summers so the waterfalls weren’t active. However, the place is secluded and quite serene if you want to disconnect. There’s a river nearby, you can stroll on the bank of it, or go for a swim. The food was the highlight of the stay, authentic, homely food, served with love. Overall a great experience. Will go back again in a different season.

Exactly as advertised—what you see is what you get! Great value for money. The home is airy, spacious, and impeccably clean, making it perfect for families. Although there’s no AC, trust me, you won’t need it!

Swati is really friendly and helpful. Location is at very private and uphill with great view. Swati was always in touch guides well. Good place for family and friends

Our stay at Seascape was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff (Shradddha & Tejas) were warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The room was beautifully appointed, with stunning views of Sea. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the amenities were plentiful. We loved the balcony area and Tejas is always happy to help us with any requests. The location was perfect, with easy access to beach & hotels. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Host mr. rohan was quite responsive and friendly enough. Also, the care taker Mr. Rakesh was the man who was just one call away and provided best services to us!

Location have beautiful surroundings and infinity pool…also shekhar is very helpful. will surely recommend this place over any stays in dapoli. You can chill at sunset point inside this premise it has valley and sea view.
