It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! The host was very responsive and proactive. Really appreciate the option to check in flexibly - it really made a difference to the entire experience. The house itself is in a very peaceful locality. The huge glass windows and plants add to the charm. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back when I’m in Mumbai next!

Our stay at Stepny’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Stepny is an amazing host. She's responsive, engaged, and always ready to help. She even assisted us with a bike rental, making our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with the market just a short walk away, so getting anything we needed was super convenient. Plus, both Ashwem and Mandrem beaches are nearby, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing beach getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable furry companions - two friendly cats and a sweet dog that made the place feel even more like home. Overall, our experience went beyond expectations. Now, I have complete peace of mind knowing that whenever I visit Mandrem, Stepny’s place will always be my first choice. Highly recommend!

I had visited with my family of 4 including myself. We are extremely satisfied with our stay at the property . The cleanliness is nothing short of "spick and span". Special shoutout to Preeti for her amazing hospitality.

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

If you're looking for peace, privacy, and a close connection with nature, this place is a hidden gem. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking – especially during sunrise and sunset. 🌄 What I loved the most was the privacy and calmness. Whether you're sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee or just relaxing inside, you feel completely away from the noise and stress of daily life. 🌺 The location is also a big plus! Maderim Beach and Arambol Beach are just a short ride away – perfect for spending your day by the sea. You also get access to nearby cafes, local shops, and vibrant Goan culture, without being in the middle of tourist chaos. The hosts were very kind, helpful, and respectful of our space, which made the stay even more comfortable.

I use Airbnb quite frequently and we rarely find a place which is as accurate and as clean as described. One of the best Airbnbs I have visited in recent years because of location , responsiveness , pricing , cleanliness , interior , housekeeping , etc etc. The housekeeper / helper named Nirvruti was super courteous and polite guy. They made amazing homemade food in best price. This place is hardly 5 minutes walk from the beach. I am definitely coming next time.

Swapnaja is a wonderful, friendly host who makes you feel right at home. She suggested us some great recommendations for local attractions. (Swapnaja, that coffee table book on Ratnagiri was wonderful.) She is a good cook too. My son especially liked the fish prepared by her. Overall, we had a great stay with Swapnaja. We will definitely visit again. 😊

We had a comfortable stay! The house was clean and organised and the location of the property is awesome! Beach view from the Porch is definitely the USP of the property.

Our stay was only booked for 4 nights initially but we extended our trip with two children for another 3 nights as the place was so comfortable and clean. John and Johnita were kind, friendly and generous hosts who went out of their way to help us where they could , whether that be lifts or recommendations. Drinking water is also provided. The apartment was spotless, with two messy children and lots of wiping the floor, the cloth would always be clean, no dust or dirt. Highly recommend this apartment for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

even thought i booked it for my family being in another city, this is the first time my family travelled without me, waa worries about this booking, but the experience was just amazing from safety to cleanliness, from stay to have amenities to cook for our 1.5 yr old daughter. the home took total care for my family. The place is big and sea facing . The beach is directly accessible via balcony. All rooms are clean and furnished.

Very nice and comfortable stay, mansi has taken care of everything especially our toddler needs. Awesome stay and property is also very nice Only two things to keep in mind: Property is little far from cafes/ eating joints so need a ride if staying Also property is on 2nd floor without lift. This place was such a cute, cozy find — perfectly lit with a Pinterest-worthy aesthetic. It’s nestled in a peaceful spot, about a 15-minute walk from the beach, making it ideal for a quiet getaway. While the main Alibaug beach and city area are a bit of a drive, we’d definitely recommend bringing your own vehicle or hiring a rickshaw for the day to get around easily. The host was under the weather during our stay, so wasn’t able to be as hands-on, but still made the effort to share local recommendations for food and activities, which we really appreciated. Overall, a charming little escape if you’re looking to unplug and relax!

It was a wonderful stay at Dipti's place. Everything was pretty well maintained and as mentioned in the property description. Beautiful and very peaceful surroundings. One thing which can be improved, there were spider webs almost everywhere in the patio.

I had a great stay at Rakesh's place! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and Rakesh was a fantastic host very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful making it a perfect getaway spot.

OmG, I have no words to describe this place, just perfect. Completely blown away by it. The best airbnb I have stayed at yet. The place exceeds your expectations by miles. Rohinton is the friendliest and most caring and responsive host you will ever meet. If it is Rohinton's place, you can be rest assured that it is going to be perfect. Unfortunately we were out all day shopping and only came back to the bnb to sleep. To quote my mother, "I wish I could spend the whole day inside, I want to come back here and have a staycation for 2-3 days". Absolutely best experience. Thank you Rohinton.
