Vacation rentals with lake access in Konkan Division

Me and my friends stayed at Anisha's Airbnb for couple of days. Out of an amazing place to stay with friends or family, great spacious living room and bedrooms as well as great terrace and swimming pool makes the bnb worth the cost. Anisha was very responsive and helpful to my queries. And the caretaker Sagar made the stay very easy and peaceful.

Had a lovely and peaceful time. The house was well-equipped with amenities, had easy to read instructions pasted everywhere for easy use of equipment like microwave, geyser, water filter, etc. The surrounding area was also very well kept and peaceful. We had a great time going on night walks, enjoying the weather with friends and family.

I stayed at Robert’s house for three days with my parents, and I must say the place is quite spacious and absolutely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and there’s a gas cylinder in case you want to make a simple breakfast or some tea/coffee. Both rooms have air conditioning, which was a big plus. The location is fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk from Ashwem Beach. There’s a supermarket, coffee shops, a wine shop, and multiple restaurants nearby, including beachside shacks. The beach itself is super clean and peaceful. Mandrem and Morjim beaches are also close by, though having a vehicle makes getting around much easier. Robert is an amazing host. He helped with everything—from receiving us to assisting with booking a self-drive car. He was always available on call whenever we needed anything. Just very helpful overall. Would definitely love to visit again!

The place was great, beautifully located inside a secure society, had all the amenities required. The host as well as the security gaurd were really helpful.

A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Backwaters View I had a wonderful stay at wahiida’s in Goa! The highlight of the place is undoubtedly the beautiful backwaters view, which creates a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. The location is also great—just a 10-minute drive to the beach and some lovely cafés. The surroundings are quiet and scenic, making it ideal for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. The home itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this place for those seeking a mix of nature, comfort, and easy access to Goa’s beaches and cafés. Would love to visit again!

A Hidden Paradise by the Mangroves! I had the most amazing stay at Pedro’s Mangrove Villa in Goa! From the moment I arrived, Pedro was a wonderful host — friendly, helpful, and always available if I needed anything. The villa itself is a true hidden gem, tucked away in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful mangroves, offering a perfect escape from the noise and crowds. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed with a mix of Goan charm and modern comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the serene view of the water was absolutely magical. I especially loved the outdoor seating area — perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, even offering great local recommendations for food, sightseeing, and experiences. We stayed at this BnB for 2 nights and had a wonderful time, especially our two dogs, who absolutely loved the spacious lawn area. The home is inside a gated society, which felt safe, peaceful, and perfect for a short getaway. The private pool was great for relaxing afternoons (though not big enough to swim), while the clubhouse pool was clean and perfect for a proper swim. The host also had a cycle available, and it was fun riding around the society’s quiet lanes. One of the highlights was a short hike we took to a nearby river with our dog, it was a lovely experience and made the trip even more memorable. The caretaker, Shailesh, was excellent. His service was prompt, and the food he prepared was delicious and homely. The portion sizes were a bit small, but the pricing is reasonable, so we simply ordered a bit more. Overall, we had a really enjoyable and memorable stay. Highly recommended, and we’d love to visit again!

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

Harneet Ji was our host and from start to finish he has been very helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a good location with easy access to necessities and conveyance. The apartment was clean, had all required amenities to live comfortably. The river view from the balcony was amazing, which enhanced our experience further. I would love to book their stay again!

Absolutely loved it. A peaceful, calm, and hassle-free stay on this high floor was refreshing. You get all essentials nearby, including doorstep food delivery, auto-rickshaws, etc. Ample on-street parking available for your car too. Will definitely visit again - probably for a longer duration.

Sneha is very helpful and responsive. The location of the apartment is nice. Peaceful and away from the noise and traffic. The apartment itself is self contained. Very cosy and home like. The host has taken all the efforts to provide essential commodities for our comfort. There are few restaurants and shops at walkable distance. I would surely recommend this place.

Location is amazing. Ahsaan made sure the place was ready and also allowed early check in. The meals were prepared as promised. the pool is clean and property is very well maintained. the attendant Mr Anil was courteous and very helpful.

The first thing you notice when you reach the property or on your way to the property is how close it is to the waterfront, and the fact that the boating and other activities are literally within 5 mins distance. But more importantly, the place is so beautiful, the deck at the entrance of the house was the place we spent so much time at, because of all the trees planted within the property which led to birds of all kinds coming to peck the flowers. The main house contains a double bed, spacious sitting and a large very airy space. The TV isn't much usable but then you didn't come here to watch the TV, now did you? There is another room across the property which also has a double bed, and basic amenities. There is a lawn in between both rooms and also a net to play badminton. All in all, just loved the location of the property and the house itself was so beautifully done, we stayed 2 days and enjoyed our time to the fullest. Planning another trip with friends soon

The terrace was the highlight for us - spent most of the time there. House is clean and tidy. In rains, we had few light outages but host had mentioned about it We ate at nearby restaurants but kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful place with nice lake views.

Great place to spend with friends as well as family. Property was much more cozy than seen in photos. The overall property area is pretty big - around 5.5 acres, and it's completely ours when we book this Villa, hence great privacy despite of always busy and crowded pawna lake area. The care taker was very humble and polite. The food that he and his wife cooked was lip-smacking. Overall very happy and felt worth spending the amount here. Will definitely visit many more times 🥳

Fell in love with this place multiple times over during our stay. We extended another day of stay just after having the first lunch here. There’s beauty and attention to detail in every nook and corner. It’s meant to be enjoyed peacefully. The view of the lake from the room was stunning. Saw sunrise and moonrise right from our room. The staff was warm and tended to every request. The food menu is fantastic. If this kitchen was closer to Bombay, we’d go here to eat more often than any other restaurant in Bombay. Sindhi kadi and chaans Wada blew our minds. It’s the perfect place for people who like peace and quiet and be surrounded by beauty. So lucky to have found this. Cant wait to come back again in another season.

Property was great. A place that is so beautiful and beyond your expectations in the overall setup and unexpected natural beauty, yet so close to Pune. Great caretakers and awesome home cooked food. The best place you can spend with your close ones or family in the garb of the beautiful nature that is so well maintained by the host, that you'll forget all your worries and have the most peaceful time of your lives.

Pratit's place is overwhelming in its beauty and serenity - words fail me when I try to describe how absolutely breathtaking the experience was. The rooms are well equipped, with a private bathroomworh high pressure shower for each room. Each room has a separate entrance, the upper floor has a common outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the view. The lower floor has a functional kitchen which you barely need to use as the team or Subramanium and Sudha take care of your every need without you needing to lift a finger. Don't go here if you are looking for digital entertainment or loud music/television. it's the spot to read, to watch birds (flocks of them, my binoculars were well used), to take calm walks and to watch the fish jump. For a lakeside location, the rooms are also well maintained, with minimum invasion of insects or moths. We really could not expect better. A special mention for dog lovers - your dog couldn't be happier and the people could not be friendlier to your pet.
