The room was exactly what was promised, if not better. The host was really helpful with check-in and was responsive. Razia Aunty also made sure to check in with our needs and was very friendly, making small talk with us as went about our hectic schedule. We were 2 people who stayed here for a music festival and this arrangement was just what we needed. Cleanliness: The room, washroom, and the attached garden were all clean, comfortable and extremely cozy. This is the kind of place you dream about when you read Enid Blyton's adventure of the Caravan Family as a child. Facilities and Amenities: No hotel is going to provide you with as many mineral water bottles as this place. Soap and shampoo were available in the washroom, along with utensils, dish washing soap and sponge, a microwave, an induction, and electric kettle in the kitchen area. Multiple charging points were also available. A torch was also provided. A small sitting area had a box of biscuits and cookies. Location: Amazing!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Payal & Armaan's Homestay. I had come here looking to rejuvenate, and I left feeling refreshed, peaceful, and full of positivity. The homestay is serene and nestled amidst nature—far removed from the chaos of the city. There’s no traffic, no crowd—just quietude and calm all around. The room I stayed in was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like every piece of decor was carefully chosen with love and thought. It struck the perfect balance between comfort and aesthetics. The entire experience felt personal, warm, and incredibly grounding. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. I’ve already promised myself I’ll be returning very soon. :) P.S. – Since the property is located away from the city centre, I’d suggest carrying all your essentials with you, as there are no shops nearby. I recently stayed at Shubrangan with my wife and 8-month-old daughter, and we had an amazing experience! The place is just a short drive from Pune, making it an easy escape from the city. The rooms were clean and beautifully designed, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The food was a bit pricey, but absolutely delicious, so it was worth it. The hosting and service were excellent, with attentive staff ready to help with anything we needed. The private pool inside added a fun touch to our stay, making it enjoyable for the whole family. The place and the view was incredible cherry on the top the night view from villa also the lighting was so beautiful. the best point to have the villa is food they provide highg standard at reasonable cost and the staff are so responsive and always there to help you will try to visit again.

Cottage well-suited for two people with a pet. Beach is a 15+ minutes walk, but quite convenient with a vehicle. Clean apartment, well-stocked with basic necessities. Great host - friendly, responsive and extremely accommodating. My husband fell ill on the dates of our booking, but the host was flexible about dates basis their availability. Truly a delight factor! The caretaker was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Overall, great value for money! Definitely recommend.
