Monthly Rentals in Shorwell

Really enjoyed the lovely views, comfortable bed and home made goodies. Enough room for us and our 8 month old in a travel cot for a couple of nights. Great base to explore the island and go fossil hunting at Brook Chine beach.

I had a lovely stay while I did my road trip around the island on my Vespa. Although David and Simone were away I had some lovely chats with Simone's dad who gave me some suggestions on places to go. The weather was glorious and the caravan super clean. It was such a peaceful place to stay.

We have just got back from staying at Jenny’s property, from the moment we arrived both Jenny and her husband were so welcoming and helpful. They very kindly allowed access to their garden, which was great for our dog and daughter. They provided great recommendations throughout our stay. The property is in a stunning spot, with access to the beautiful countryside surrounding them. We were blessed with great weather, so loved the sunsets each evening, and sun rising over the back of their property each morning. We visited places across the island during our stay, and found this was a great location to do this from.

Our host Lisa was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start, providing us with loads of great recommendations for local restaurants and activities including plenty of fun things to do with the kids. The cottage itself was amazing so cozy and full of charm. Our children especially loved the adorable piglet décor, which made the place feel even more special. Everything was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the appliances you’d need, whether you’re staying for a weekend or much longer. The outdoor garden space was a real highlight large, peaceful, and with stunning views over the surrounding fields. There was also a huge field where the kids had loads of space to run around freely. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!
