Chale Bay Farm - Purbeck View

Purbeck View at Chale Bay Farm is an air-conditioned, family-friendly self-catering apartment with views out to the sea. The living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer and air-conditioned lounge/sun-room with large TV. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with sofa-bed or cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Watch the sunrise over the downland with the village of Godshill and its church spire in the foreground.Take a short walk to the wildlife pond and ancient woodland within the grounds or sit on the sheltered veranda and watch the ponies grazing in the paddock, whatever the weather inside with the wood burning stove alight looking out, the view is spectacular. Rowborough Cottage is just 300m from our family farm. Guests can enjoy access with two other cottages to farm animals, playground, games room and heated indoor pool (Feb-Oct) - perfect for families seeking a rural break. With EV charging at the farm and plenty of space to unwind, it’s an ideal base for exploring the island.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

The Garden Flat

Welcome to the Garden Flat, a tastefully refurbished studio apartment overlooking a beautiful garden and stream which you are welcome to wander round. Located in the attractive village of Carisbrooke, it’s an ideal location for exploring the Island. It’s five minutes walk from Carisbrooke Castle, and ten minutes walk from the Tennyson Trail, which leads to Tennyson Down, the Needles, and the sea. There is picturesque countryside on the doorstep, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Pheasant Bell Tent

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. A short walk to the local village pub and a 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches and forest walks. The Bell Tents are situated on our livestock farm in the heart of the village. Our spacious bell tents sleep 4 and include: 4 beds, bbq, 2 burner gas stove, pots and pans, utensils, cutlery and blankets. All you need to do is bring your own bedding. 2 toilets and showers on site, with clean water washing up facilities. NO ELECTRIC
