House vacation rentals in Shire of Augusta Margaret River

We stayed at Roberta as a family of 5. It was lovely and clean, we had a fun movie night as we all sat comfortably on the giant couch with a large TV. There are no A/Cs inside the rooms so it was a little warm as we stayed during summer. It wasn’t an issue at night as the breeze got in and the fan was on. There is a pool right in front of the place which we did not get to try but I think that is worth to highlight. Thank you for having us!

Thankyou for sharing your beautiful house. We enjoyed breakfast in the lovely courtyard with a beautiful outlook and enjoyed many walks to the beach. It was clean, comfortable and peaceful ensuring we had a lovely stay. We thought it was great value and would recommend it to our friends.

Fantastic property, felt very secluded and natural surroundings but still only 10 mins from Margaret river town centre and also 10 mins to the beach at Prevelly. The house was nice clean and comfortable Kangaroos in the back garden ! In the evening just before the sun goes down the kangaroos were in the back garden enjoying some grass and as long as you stay quiet they will happily hang around for a long time Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your great home

We had a fantastic stay — thank you to all at Swell Stays! The house was exactly as described and worked really well for a week away with a multigenerational family, including some who needed a little extra help. A couple of small things that might help future guests: the pool isn’t heated (totally fine on sunny days, but a bit chilly for little ones when the clouds came over in March/April), and a quick guide to which air-con remote controls which room would be handy — we may have missed it, but figured it out easily enough. Loved the location, with some very enjoyable walks to the pub for Happy Hour. Overall, a great spot that felt like good value for money — we’d happily stay again.

This property is well worth the money, all the facilities are amazing, the views are sublime and the location is even better. My family and I stayed here for 3 nights & were sad to leave. Will definitely be booking this place for our next holiday.

Absolutely beautiful home,private,homely,spacious and relaxing. So close to the town but felt out on our own away from the hustle and bustle,felt like a home. Very relaxing space and had everything we needed and more. Outdoor area was perfect, great entertaining area to have lunch/dinner and relax or enjoy the stunning pool area which we enjoyed each day. Tania couldn’t have been more helpful with everything and so friendly to chat to, definitely will be back

We stayed as a party of 10 (including 6 kids) for the Easter Long weekend. This place truly has EVERYTHING we needed for a perfect holiday! Close proximity to Margs Town centre, close to local beach tracks and fishing spots, and the relaxing spa and sauna were an amazing retreat for the adults. Our kids loved the fantastic outdoor space where they played for hours. Inside, the tasteful decor and ample space catered to both kids and adults, ensuring everyone had a great time! To top it off, the hosts are friendly, accessible, and super helpful when needed! Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience for us! Would highly recommend and can't wait to return! We hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Don’t think you could get a place that is any more centrally loccated in between the center of town and the main jetty/boat ramp, yet it feels like you are in your own bit of paradise. If you have young kids, they will always have others to play with as the local pub property is at the end of this property and lots of kids.

The four of us just loved our stay at Neds Cabin. The house was well kept, had all the amenities required for our stay. The bedrooms were very very comfortable. The water for our showers were nice and hot. The accommodation is walking distance to the shops as well as going for walks in the bush area, nice cofes, pubs and restaurants. The noise from the road was minimal. We left the accommodation this morning and left it as per your instructions. We left it spec and span. Thank you so much. We all just enjoyed our stay tremendously. We will certainly tell our friends and family about Neds Cabin. 👍

What a fabulous home away from home. From the outdoor space (which included a basketball hoop) to the indoor space, it was well equipped and very clean. Ani was very responsive to messages and happy to go out of her way to grab some items which I had requested. Really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us 😁

Perfect spot for a family getaway - clean, spacious, beautifully appointed, and a huge bag of toys for our toddler to rummage through. Conveniently located to the main strip, but so peaceful and right in nature - we loved watching the kangaroos visit in the mornings and late afternoons. Can’t recommend Roo’s Leap Retreat enough!

We were not sure exactly how this house was situated from the photos, but it was lovely. The outside area was both private and it felt like it had a decent view. The cul-de-sac was very quiet. The house was squeaky clean and lovely for a quiet week. There was no T.V. or Wi-Fi, but it did not bother us perhaps all part of the plan. Well worth the money to be in this enviable part of Augusta.

We stayed two nights at 21 Waters Edge and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is extremely well equipped with everything we needed and much more than we expected. It was spotlessly clean and everything was in excellent condition. We loved the Margaret River area and wished we had booked the house to stay longer. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a spacious, peaceful, clean and well-equipped residence.

A magical hideaway in a beautiful forest setting. Tucked away and peaceful yet only minutes from some of the best that Margaret River has to offer. Huge garden for the kids to play in and explore, they particularly liked making friend with teh herd of cows at the end of the garden. A perfect break away from city living!

Had a fantastic stay. Beautiful gardens and out door area with a bird bath so we got to see some of the local birds. Inside had lovely furnishings, very comfortable. Nice quiet area. Just a short walk into town. Could not fault the whole experience. Highly recommend

This was the second time my sons and I have stayed at Ebony and Derek's place. It is exactly as described. In fact, they've made some upgrades since our prior visit in February 2025. When next I return to Margaret River this is where my boys and I will stay.

Whilst only a short stay, it felt like home. Everything that you could need and only a short distance from the main shopping strip. House was well looked after and clean. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Martina's. Plenty of space, can easily accommodate a medium sized group / family. Amazing views and great location just a 3min walk the main street of Margaret River. Martina was also responsive and helpful throughout the booking.
