Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Shire of Augusta Margaret River

Our stay at Bella Retreat was dreamy. Set back off the main road in beautiful woodland surroundings, the accommodation was spotless, comfortable, spacious, and very well appointed, with extensive outdoor facilities to suit every possible requirement. All of this whilst still being close to Margaret River, what’s not to like! It is the perfect place to explore the entire area and still be able to come home and properly relax and chill out afterwords. The icing on the cake were the local kangaroos which were numerous! Belinda was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful, with prompt communications. We are already planning our next trip! Very highly recommended.

WOW. What a delight! This stay is beyond 5 stars. Kellie and Ben have NAILED hospitality and hosting with this glamp offering. We stayed 3 nights thinking it might be a bit much but so pleased we did as we were able to really relax and enjoy all amenities, including the hot-plumbed outdoor bush bath for an afternoon soak amongst the trees, and sitting at our campfire each evening to stargaze in the quietness. Spotless amenities, including the fresh-flowered and fragranced loo, plus steaming hot private outdoor shower and lekky blanket on the comfy bed made for a very luxurious and enjoyable few nights. Quality linens and generous towelling, with so many additional and unexpected thoughtful things really confirms that Kellie cares about her guest experience. Anything you think you might want or need, Kellie is a step ahead and has already provided it. Ben provided generous firewood and we totally digged the gentle wandering hellos from the properties menagerie of animals. 6 stars 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing 5 day stay with our kids and dog. Beautiful, private and peaceful setting. We enjoyed the walking paths, hard to believe there were other cottages nearby - so cleverly designed for maximum privacy. Nice and warm & cosy on our 1 wet day, listening to the rain through the trees. We also get much appreciated taking the kayaks & canoe out on the lake. The information kiosk was a fun daily activity for the kids to change DVDs. Highly recommended staying here, comfy and impeccably clean. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Dunmore. The farm and animals were gorgeous and very well taken care of. The cottage itself was very clean with lots of amenities. Kristy is a lovely host and we would recommend doing their lookout walk 😊 They have three adorable cats which are very friendly and follow you around.

Cactus Cottage was an ideal spot to spend our week in Margaret River. The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many full meals there. The outdoor patio/garden space was beautiful and relaxing. We appreciated having the floor fans as the weather was very warm in the first half of our stay, and the fans were essential to cool the house. We used the washing machine multiple times, and the outside drying rack had our clothes dry in hours. The cottage is in a quiet location in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. We could walk to the grocery store in about 12 minutes and for coffee in about 15. It was a short drive to the trails and the beach. We will stay at Cactus Cottage again in the future.

Brumby Cottage is a great place to stay. Very clean and spacious with expansive surrounds and great location, with a short drive into town and to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a country retreat.

We had a wonderful time, the place was lovely and cosy. Michelle and Gary was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, welcoming environment.

The house was amazing. Each year my family and I travel for Easter. This home was beautiful and we loved every minute of our stay. Christy definitely has an eye for detail and goes out of her way to present a beautiful home. We didn’t need for anything. Highly recommend.

Cosy, well presented and thoughtful owners. This place was idyllic for our rainy weekend away without the kids. Everything in this house was thought out and we loved the ability to cook for ourselves after sourcing from the local farmer’s market. Great location that felt isolated and enjoyed the wildlife that came out to play once the rain had stopped. Would definitely enjoy to revisit here.
